【摘要】：改革開放以來，中等職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)校的學(xué)生們以其獨(dú)有的方式與價值存在并發(fā)展著，他們對我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的建設(shè)、社會的發(fā)展以及文化的進(jìn)步具有不可替代的作用。過去科學(xué)技術(shù)是第一生產(chǎn)力，現(xiàn)在操作技能也是一種生產(chǎn)力，而職業(yè)道德是生產(chǎn)力發(fā)展的有力保障。 但是通過對用人單位的走訪以及對中職畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)跟蹤關(guān)注，目前中職學(xué)生的職業(yè)理想不明確、職業(yè)態(tài)度消極、誠信水平逐漸下降的例子比比皆是。提出并研究中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德的課題很有必要，通過對中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德缺失的現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析進(jìn)而提出有效對策具有一定的理論意義和很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實價值。 本文是在文獻(xiàn)法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法等研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上，圍繞南京市重點(diǎn)職業(yè)學(xué)校的四年級學(xué)生以及畢業(yè)生的職業(yè)道德觀展開，力爭真實反映中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德現(xiàn)狀。 全文由四個部分構(gòu)成:第一部分，從基本概念出發(fā)，闡述了加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育的緊迫性；第二部分，通過對學(xué)生及用人單位的問卷調(diào)查、用人單位回訪以及與學(xué)生及家長的訪談，提出了目前中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德缺失的現(xiàn)象；第三部分，是在上述調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上分析中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德缺失的原因，，找出問題的根本；第四部分，提出提高中職學(xué)生職業(yè)道德教育效果的一系列措施，即合社會、學(xué)校、家庭和個人四方之力，達(dá)到中職學(xué)生養(yǎng)成良好職業(yè)道德的目的。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up , students in secondary vocational and technical schools are in existence and development in their unique ways and values . They play an irreplaceable role in the construction of our economy , the development of society and the progress of culture . In the past , science and technology are the first productive forces , and the operational skills are also a productive force , and professional ethics is a powerful safeguard for the development of productive forces . However , through interviews with employers and follow - up to the employment of secondary vocational graduates , there are many examples in which the vocational ideal of secondary vocational students is not clear , the professional attitude is negative and the level of good faith decreases gradually . It is necessary to put forward and study the professional ethics of secondary vocational students , and to put forward effective countermeasures to have certain theoretical significance and strong practical value through investigation and analysis of the phenomenon of vocational morality of secondary vocational students . Based on the research methods such as documentary , questionnaire and interview , this paper focuses on the four - year students of key vocational schools in Nanjing , as well as the professional ethics of graduates , and tries to reflect the present situation of vocational ethics of secondary vocational students . The thesis consists of four parts : the first part , from the basic concept , expounds the urgency of strengthening the vocational moral education of the secondary vocational students , the second part , through the investigation of the students and employers , the interview with the employing unit and the interviews with the students and parents , puts forward some measures to improve the vocational moral education effect of the secondary vocational students , namely , to put forward a series of measures to improve the vocational moral education effect of the secondary vocational students , namely , to combine the forces of the society , the school , the family and the individual , to achieve the purpose of good professional ethics of the secondary vocational students .
