【摘要】：情緒智力是個(gè)體適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)生存、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、發(fā)展的重要能力之一。隨著我國(guó)素質(zhì)教育改革的不斷深化,情商教育受到了越來越多人們的關(guān)注,并已納入學(xué)校素質(zhì)教育之中。中職生是我國(guó)青少年學(xué)生中的龐大群體,由于長(zhǎng)期生活在無憂環(huán)境之中,缺乏對(duì)社會(huì)生活的深刻體驗(yàn)與認(rèn)知,因而他們常常會(huì)遇到許多心理困惑和情感迷惘,進(jìn)而影響其人格的健全發(fā)展。因此,中等職業(yè)學(xué)校如何有效開展情商教育是其內(nèi)涵優(yōu)化發(fā)展的現(xiàn)實(shí)命題。本研究針對(duì)這一命題,展開(1)中職生情緒智力水平與職校情商教育現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查分析;(2)職校情商教育的路徑、方法與策略探討;(3)職校情商教育實(shí)施方案建構(gòu)三項(xiàng)子研究。通過運(yùn)用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析、歸因分析和演繹推導(dǎo)等量化與質(zhì)化研究方法,其中子研究一的研究結(jié)果顯示:(1)中職生的心理成熟度較低,其日常言行大多被情緒化的喜好所左右;(2)大多職校的情商教育仍停留在僅輻射情緒智力理論的初級(jí)階段;(3)不同家庭教育方式對(duì)中職生情緒智力的發(fā)展呈差異影響,其中民主型優(yōu)于專制型,優(yōu)于放任型、溺愛型。子研究二的結(jié)果顯示:(4)職校情商教育與德育、心理健康教育相融合的路徑是實(shí)施大德育的“四求”創(chuàng)新;(5)職校情商教育與專業(yè)能力教育相融合的路徑是追求課堂教學(xué)的三重意境和達(dá)到三大教學(xué)目標(biāo);(6)職校強(qiáng)化情商教育必須抓住“目標(biāo)、主導(dǎo)、重心、落腳點(diǎn)”四個(gè)關(guān)鍵;(7)發(fā)掘了職校情商教育的五種實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)方式。子研究三的成果是:(8)根據(jù)五個(gè)原則,貼切實(shí)際設(shè)計(jì)了職校情商教育的實(shí)施方案。本文是在新的歷史條件下,對(duì)中等職校學(xué)校拓展素質(zhì)教育進(jìn)行了一次有意義的實(shí)踐探討。將會(huì)對(duì)職校系統(tǒng)部署和實(shí)施操作情育與德育、能育的相互融合拓寬思路和提供啟示,進(jìn)而對(duì)職校情商教育的常態(tài)化、系統(tǒng)化、有序化,以及中職生的多元智能和人格的全面發(fā)展產(chǎn)生積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Emotional intelligence is one of the important abilities for individuals to adapt to the survival, competition and development of modern society. With the deepening of quality education reform in China, EQ education has attracted more and more people's attention. Secondary vocational students are a large group of teenagers in our country. Because they live in a worry-free environment for a long time, they lack the profound experience and cognition of social life. As a result, they often encounter a lot of psychological confusion and emotional confusion, and then affect the sound development of their personality. Therefore, how to effectively develop emotional quotient education in secondary vocational schools is a realistic proposition to optimize their connotation and development. 1) investigation and analysis of emotional intelligence level of secondary vocational school students and current situation of emotional quotient education in vocational schools; (2) path of emotional quotient education in vocational schools; discussion of methods and strategies; construction of three sub-studies on implementing scheme of emotional quotient education in vocational schools. Attribution analysis and deductive deduction are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of sub-study 1 show that the psychological maturity of the students in the secondary vocational school is relatively low. Most of their daily words and deeds are influenced by emotional preferences) most of the EQ education in vocational schools is still in the primary stage of radiating emotional intelligence theory. 3) different family education methods have different influences on the development of emotional intelligence of secondary vocational students. Among them, democracy is superior to autocratic, laissez-faire, and indulgent. The way to merge Mental Health Education is to carry out the "four demands" Innovation of moral Education) the way of combining EQ education with professional ability education in vocational schools is to pursue the triple artistic conception of classroom teaching and to reach the three teaching objectives. EQ education must grasp the "goal", The four key points of "leading, focusing, and ending") have explored five practical guidance methods for EQ education in vocational schools. The result of sub-research 3 is: 8) according to five principles, The implementation scheme of EQ education in vocational schools is designed. This paper is based on the new historical conditions. This paper makes a meaningful practical discussion on the development of quality-oriented education in secondary vocational schools. It will provide enlightenment to the deployment of vocational school system, the implementation of operational education and moral education, and the mutual integration of education and education. Furthermore, it can promote the normalization, systematization and ordering of EQ education in vocational schools, as well as the comprehensive development of multiple intelligences and personality of vocational school students.
