職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的路徑選擇——一個(gè)制度分析的視角

【摘要】:發(fā)展現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是提升職業(yè)教育人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量、加快現(xiàn)代職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的重要舉措。中國(guó)特色現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制度的形成需要經(jīng)歷一個(gè)試點(diǎn)、總結(jié)、完善、推廣以及制度生成的發(fā)展過(guò)程。但正式規(guī)則缺失、制約性規(guī)范缺位是當(dāng)前制約我國(guó)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的主要障礙。為此,能否在制度理論指導(dǎo)之下對(duì)制度規(guī)則進(jìn)行合理的設(shè)計(jì),以及能否從既存的學(xué)徒培養(yǎng)慣例進(jìn)行積極的制度創(chuàng)生便成為解決問(wèn)題的關(guān)鍵。相比之下,如能在制度自發(fā)生成的基礎(chǔ)之上進(jìn)行相關(guān)制度規(guī)則的設(shè)計(jì)則是我國(guó)職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制發(fā)展的理想路徑。
[Abstract]:The development of modern apprenticeship system is an important measure to improve the quality of vocational education personnel training and accelerate the development of modern vocational education. The formation of modern apprenticeship system with Chinese characteristics needs a pilot, summary and perfection. However, the lack of formal rules and the absence of binding norms are the main obstacles restricting the development of modern apprenticeship system in China. Therefore, whether the system rules can be reasonably designed under the guidance of institutional theory, And whether positive institutional creation from existing apprenticeship practices is the key to solving the problem. It is an ideal way to develop the modern apprenticeship system of vocational education in our country if we can design the relevant system rules on the basis of the spontaneous formation of the system.
