【摘要】：高校轉(zhuǎn)型是我國(guó)全面深化教育領(lǐng)域改革的戰(zhàn)略切入點(diǎn),對(duì)調(diào)整高等教育結(jié)構(gòu)、培養(yǎng)應(yīng)用型人才、服務(wù)地方或行業(yè)發(fā)展有著重要意義。高校轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題涉及普通高等教育和職業(yè)教育雙重語(yǔ)境、發(fā)展應(yīng)用型教育和舉辦本科職業(yè)教育雙重任務(wù),本來(lái)是一個(gè)全局性問(wèn)題,但在實(shí)踐中常處于兩種語(yǔ)境割裂之下,需要統(tǒng)整不同認(rèn)識(shí)、協(xié)調(diào)行動(dòng)目標(biāo)。本文在分析高校轉(zhuǎn)型的語(yǔ)境沖突和實(shí)踐問(wèn)題基礎(chǔ)上,研究了應(yīng)用型教育與普通教育、職業(yè)教育的關(guān)系,論證了應(yīng)用型教育與職業(yè)教育相互接續(xù)、轉(zhuǎn)化的可能性。從大力發(fā)展應(yīng)用型教育、建立應(yīng)用型高校類(lèi)型、應(yīng)用型高校舉辦本科職業(yè)教育、高等職業(yè)院校舉辦本科應(yīng)用型教育、實(shí)行高校分類(lèi)管理以及進(jìn)一步下放辦學(xué)自主權(quán)等六個(gè)方面為推動(dòng)高校轉(zhuǎn)型提出了路徑建議。
[Abstract]:The transformation of colleges and universities is a strategic breakthrough point to deepen the reform in the field of education in an all-round way in our country. It can adjust the structure of higher education and train applied talents. It is of great significance to serve local or professional development. The transformation of higher education involves the dual context of general higher education and vocational education, and the dual task of developing applied education and organizing undergraduate vocational education is originally an overall problem. However, in practice, the two contexts are often separated, so it is necessary to integrate different understandings and coordinate the objectives of action. Based on the analysis of contextual conflicts and practical problems in the transformation of colleges and universities, this paper studies applied education and general education. The relationship between vocational education and applied education is discussed, and the possibility of mutual continuation and transformation between applied education and vocational education is demonstrated. From developing application-oriented education, establishing the type of application-oriented colleges and universities, holding undergraduate vocational education in application-oriented colleges and universities, the author points out that, In order to promote the transformation of colleges and universities, six aspects, such as holding undergraduate applied education, carrying out classified management of colleges and universities and further decentralizing the autonomy of running a school, are put forward in higher vocational colleges and universities.
