【摘要】：受社會發(fā)展的影響,當(dāng)前的就業(yè)市場中需要更加多元化的人才作為支持。為此,高職院校在人才培養(yǎng)上也面臨了一定的考驗(yàn),尤其是藝術(shù)專業(yè)的教育。為了提升教育的質(zhì)量與水平,相關(guān)的教育人員逐漸運(yùn)用了多元化的教學(xué)模式,例如工作室教學(xué)模式,在教學(xué)中已經(jīng)取得了一定的成績。然而因?yàn)樗囆g(shù)專業(yè)的辦學(xué)時(shí)間比較短,教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,對于學(xué)生的培養(yǎng)也只是使用之前的教學(xué)模式,忽略了對于學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力的培訓(xùn),導(dǎo)致高職院校藝術(shù)專業(yè)的學(xué)生無法滿足企業(yè)對于人才的要求。為此,文章圍繞高職院校藝術(shù)專業(yè)的工作室教學(xué)模式,提出了幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Under the influence of social development, more diversified talents are needed in the current job market. For this reason, higher vocational colleges are also faced with a certain test in the training of talents. In particular, the education of art majors. In order to improve the quality and level of education, relevant educators have gradually used a variety of teaching models, such as studio teaching. Some achievements have been made in teaching. However, because of the short running time of art major and the lack of teaching experience, the training of students only uses the previous teaching mode, neglecting the training of students' practical ability. As a result, the students of art major in higher vocational colleges can not meet the requirements of enterprises for talents. Therefore, the article puts forward some suggestions around the teaching mode of studio of art major in higher vocational colleges.
