【摘要】：目的探討婦產(chǎn)科臨床帶教老師資格的選定,為婦產(chǎn)科實習(xí)生亞科室的分配提供依據(jù)。方法 2014年7月至2015年7月接收婦產(chǎn)科護(hù)理實習(xí)生55人,其中,大專護(hù)理實習(xí)生16人,中專護(hù)理實習(xí)生39人,由亞科護(hù)士長選擇帶教老師,對其進(jìn)入科室實習(xí)當(dāng)日和實習(xí)結(jié)束前分別進(jìn)行理論考試,分析其成績。結(jié)果實習(xí)生入科考試成績比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);出科考試成績比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);產(chǎn)房與產(chǎn)科、婦科出科考試成績比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);不同學(xué)歷實習(xí)生出科考試成績比較,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論婦產(chǎn)科實習(xí)生分配應(yīng)有針對性的分配亞科,對不同學(xué)歷的實習(xí)生采取不同的帶教方案,以提高帶教效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the selection of clinical teaching teachers in obstetrics and gynecology, and to provide the basis for the distribution of sub-departments of obstetrics and gynecology interns. Methods from July 2014 to July 2015, 55 nursing interns were admitted to gynecology and obstetrics, of whom 16 were nursing interns from junior college. Thirty-nine nursing interns in technical secondary school were selected by the head nurses of subdivision to lead the teachers. The theoretical tests were conducted on the day of entering the department and the end of the practice, and their scores were analyzed. Results the results of the intern entrance examination were compared. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05); the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the difference was significant (P 0.05) between maternity ward and obstetrics department and gynecology examination; the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05); the scores of trainee students with different academic qualifications were compared with each other. Conclusion the distribution of gynaecology and obstetrics interns should be focused on the distribution of subfamilies, and different educational programs should be adopted for interns with different academic qualifications in order to improve the teaching effect.
