基于職業(yè)能力的美國生涯發(fā)展教育研究

【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,越來越多的職業(yè)崗位不斷地產(chǎn)生和消亡。新的就業(yè)形勢(shì)對(duì)個(gè)人的職業(yè)能力提出了更高的要求,同時(shí),持續(xù)地提升個(gè)人的職業(yè)能力也是生涯發(fā)展的重要保證。雖然如此,由于我國受現(xiàn)有的師資、生源、以及資金等等限制,加上中高職培養(yǎng)學(xué)生以傳統(tǒng)的“就業(yè)”為目標(biāo),基于職業(yè)能力的學(xué)生生涯發(fā)展還是備受忽視。 本文圍繞“基于職業(yè)能力的生涯發(fā)展教育”這一問題,采用文獻(xiàn)研究、比較研究以及案例研究等多種研究方法,聚焦美國選取五個(gè)生涯發(fā)展教育項(xiàng)目:技術(shù)準(zhǔn)備、O*NET、職業(yè)群、職業(yè)路徑以及學(xué)習(xí)項(xiàng)目,以制造業(yè)作為貫穿五個(gè)項(xiàng)目的案例。在此基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)各個(gè)項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)、目標(biāo)、實(shí)施情況以及其成效,,進(jìn)行橫向?qū)Ρ。最后通過借鑒美國基于職業(yè)能力的生涯發(fā)展教育,得出對(duì)我國職業(yè)教育的可取之處,對(duì)我國的中高職生涯教育提出建設(shè)性意見。 本論文的具體框架如下: 導(dǎo)論部分介紹了研究緣起、選題意義和研究目的與方法,對(duì)前人的研究進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述,并指出本論文的重點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)和不足,界定了論文的相關(guān)概念; 第一章是圍繞職業(yè)能力的培養(yǎng)過程,分析五個(gè)生涯發(fā)展教育項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、目標(biāo)、實(shí)施情況以及其成效; 第二章是總結(jié)美國生涯發(fā)展教育的特點(diǎn)與不足; 第三章是借鑒美國生涯發(fā)展教育的經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)我國職業(yè)教育的職業(yè)能力、生涯發(fā)展教育以及實(shí)踐項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行思考,得出一些建設(shè)性意見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and technology, more and more professional jobs have been created and died out. The new employment situation has put forward higher requirements for the professional ability of individuals, at the same time, Continuing to improve one's professional ability is also an important guarantee for career development. However, because of the limitations of the existing teachers, student resources, and funds in our country, and in addition to the training of students in middle and higher vocational schools with the traditional goal of "employment", The career development of students based on their professional ability is still neglected. Focusing on the issue of "career development education based on vocational ability", this paper focuses on five career development education projects in the United States: technical preparation, occupational group, and so on, using literature studies, comparative studies and case studies. Career paths and learning projects, with manufacturing as a case study across five projects. On this basis, the characteristics, objectives, implementation and effectiveness of each project are summarized. Finally, by drawing lessons from the career development education based on professional ability in the United States, the author draws the conclusion that the vocational education in our country is desirable, and puts forward constructive suggestions to the career education in the middle and higher vocational education of our country. The specific framework of this paper is as follows:. The introduction part introduces the origin of the research, the significance of the topic, the purpose and method of the research, the literature review of previous studies, and points out the focus, difficulties and shortcomings of this paper, and defines the related concepts of the paper; The first chapter focuses on the training process of vocational ability and analyzes the characteristics, objectives, implementation and effectiveness of the five career development education projects. The second chapter summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of American career development education. The third chapter is to draw lessons from the experience of American career development education, and give some constructive suggestions on the vocational ability, career development education and practical projects of vocational education in China.
