【摘要】：《農(nóng)業(yè)、園林、保護(hù)和土地管理培訓(xùn)包AHC10》是指導(dǎo)澳大利亞農(nóng)業(yè)職業(yè)教育與培訓(xùn)的綱領(lǐng)性文件,本文展示了AHC10培訓(xùn)包內(nèi)容和結(jié)構(gòu)。借鑒能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和考評(píng)指南,有助于全面準(zhǔn)確地反映我國(guó)草產(chǎn)業(yè)職業(yè)教育崗位所需以及界定草產(chǎn)業(yè)崗位知識(shí)技能等級(jí),為完善我國(guó)國(guó)家職業(yè)資格制度打好基礎(chǔ)。遵循草地農(nóng)業(yè)系統(tǒng)4個(gè)生產(chǎn)層理論,本文列舉了草業(yè)職業(yè)教育核心和選修能力單元,為草產(chǎn)業(yè)編寫(xiě)能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提供參考。同時(shí)提出了將能力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)落實(shí)于教學(xué)的構(gòu)想,可以為提升我國(guó)草產(chǎn)業(yè)職業(yè)教育提供參考。
[Abstract]:The training package for Agriculture, Gardens, Conservation and Land Management (AHC10) is a programmatic document to guide agricultural vocational education and training in Australia. This paper presents the content and structure of the AHC10 training package. It is helpful to reflect comprehensively and accurately the needs of vocational education posts of grass industry in China and to define the level of knowledge and skills of posts in grass industry, thus laying a good foundation for perfecting the national vocational qualification system of our country and following the four production level theories of grassland agricultural system. This paper enumerates the core and elective ability units of vocational education in grass industry, which provides a reference for the competence standard of grass industry, and puts forward the idea of implementing the competence standard in teaching, which can provide a reference for the promotion of vocational education in grass industry in China.
