【摘要】:我國(guó)著名教育家陶行知先生說(shuō):“中國(guó)不能解決女子教育問(wèn)題,無(wú)論用什么方法普及教育都是枉費(fèi)心血!迸囵B(yǎng)一個(gè)男孩,培養(yǎng)的只是一個(gè)人,而培養(yǎng)一個(gè)女孩,則關(guān)系到一個(gè)民族。女生教育是人才培養(yǎng)和民族素質(zhì)的原始性、基礎(chǔ)性和持久性的教育,對(duì)我國(guó)社會(huì)的發(fā)展和中國(guó)夢(mèng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有重要意義。職業(yè)教育是與經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展結(jié)合最為緊密的一類教育,是我國(guó)教育體系和人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)的重要組成部分,是廣大青年成長(zhǎng)成才的重要途徑。我國(guó)作為一個(gè)東西部發(fā)展極不平衡的大國(guó),急需在西部地區(qū)大力培養(yǎng)女性職業(yè)技術(shù)人才,近年來(lái)國(guó)家從政策和經(jīng)濟(jì)等方面加強(qiáng)了對(duì)中等職業(yè)學(xué)校的投入力度,尤其是加大了對(duì)邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)女生的培養(yǎng),使一批批女生學(xué)會(huì)一技之長(zhǎng),在社會(huì)各個(gè)行業(yè)領(lǐng)域頂起半邊天,為邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)發(fā)展帶來(lái)了騰飛。近年來(lái),為了適應(yīng)政策的調(diào)整和市場(chǎng)的需求,邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)中職學(xué)校在招生上出現(xiàn)一些新的特點(diǎn),比如,招生人數(shù)不斷擴(kuò)大,專業(yè)呈現(xiàn)多樣化,純男生班級(jí)和純女生班級(jí)大量涌現(xiàn),在一定程度上給中職學(xué)校的班級(jí)管理帶來(lái)新的難題。因此,加強(qiáng)中職學(xué)校的女生班級(jí)管理研究,結(jié)合邊疆少數(shù)民族地區(qū)特點(diǎn)探索管理規(guī)律,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在深入調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)云南省文山州中職學(xué)校女生班級(jí)的特點(diǎn)、存在問(wèn)題、原因及對(duì)策幾個(gè)方面進(jìn)行具體的分析、研究。前言部分主要闡述中職學(xué)校女生班級(jí)研究的目的、意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)此問(wèn)題的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行綜述,初步提出研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法。第一章對(duì)女生班級(jí)管理進(jìn)行一個(gè)總的概括,包括班級(jí)管理的概念及理論依據(jù)。第二章對(duì)文山州工商信息管理學(xué)校的女生班級(jí)管理進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究。第三章對(duì)根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行原因分析,并得出相關(guān)結(jié)論。第四章提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策措施,從而完善對(duì)中職學(xué)校女生班級(jí)的有效管理。
[Abstract]:Mr. Tao Xingzhi, a famous educator in our country, said, "China cannot solve the problem of women's education. No matter what methods are used to popularize education, it is a waste of effort to train a boy, only one person, but only one girl." The education of female students is the primitive, basic and lasting education for the cultivation of talents and the quality of the nation. It is of great significance to the development of our society and the realization of Chinese Dream. Vocational education is a kind of education which is most closely combined with economic and social development and is an important part of our educational system and the development of human resources. It is an important way for young people to grow up and become talented people. As a large country with unbalanced development from the east to the west, China urgently needs to make great efforts to train female vocational and technical personnel in the western region. In recent years, the state has strengthened its investment in secondary vocational schools in terms of policy and economy, especially in the training of female students in ethnic minority areas in the border areas, so that a number of female students can learn one skill after another. In recent years, in order to adapt to the adjustment of policy and the needs of the market, secondary vocational schools in frontier ethnic minority areas have some new characteristics in recruiting students. For example, the number of students is expanding, the specialties are diversifying, and the classes of pure boys and girls are emerging in large numbers, which to some extent brings new difficulties to the class management of secondary vocational schools. It is of great practical significance to strengthen the study of female students' class management in secondary vocational schools, and to explore the management law in combination with the characteristics of frontier ethnic minority areas. On the basis of in-depth investigation, this paper analyzes the characteristics of female students' classes in Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. Some problems, causes and countermeasures are analyzed and studied. The preface mainly expounds the purpose and significance of the study on the female students' class in secondary vocational schools, and summarizes the relevant research on this problem at home and abroad. The main contents and methods of the study are put forward preliminarily. The first chapter gives a general summary of the class management of girls. It includes the concept and theoretical basis of class management. The second chapter investigates and studies the class management of female students in Wenshan Industrial and Commercial Information Management School. The third chapter analyzes the reasons according to the results of the investigation. Chapter 4th puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and measures to improve the effective management of girls' classes in secondary vocational schools.
