青海省民族職業(yè)教育探析

【摘要】:青海省的特殊省情使得其民族地區(qū)倍受人們的關(guān)注,尤其是民族自治州縣的經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)更是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文是以青海省少數(shù)民族的職業(yè)教育為切入點(diǎn)來關(guān)注民族自治地方的教育和經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,以民族自治地方的少數(shù)民族人口比重為參考,來估算當(dāng)?shù)芈殬I(yè)學(xué)校民族學(xué)生的比例,因此本文選取青海六個(gè)自治州和四個(gè)自治縣職業(yè)學(xué)校作為研究對(duì)象,這些職業(yè)學(xué)校大多都是中等的綜合類職業(yè)學(xué)校,由于所處的教育層次相同,,所存在的問題相似,具有很強(qiáng)的可比性,同時(shí)也能更有力地概括青海省少數(shù)民族職業(yè)教育的現(xiàn)狀。 其實(shí),縱觀本文研究的范圍,從地域差別上可簡要地分為農(nóng)區(qū)和牧區(qū),而從文化宗教層次上又可劃分為伊斯蘭教文化圈和藏傳佛教文化圈。本文詳細(xì)地對(duì)六州四縣的職業(yè)學(xué)校進(jìn)行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,從中得出存在問題的共性和個(gè)性之處,從而對(duì)青海省的民族職業(yè)教育進(jìn)行了宏觀把握和微觀細(xì)分,以求更深入地探究民族職業(yè)教育所處的困境,隨后便逐一分析了困境形成的原因,最后針對(duì)性地提出了若干具有可操作性的建議。
[Abstract]:Because of the special situation of Qinghai Province, the ethnic areas of Qinghai Province have attracted much attention. In particular, the economic construction of ethnic autonomous prefectures and counties is the focus of people's attention. This article focuses on the education and economic development of ethnic autonomous areas from the point of view of vocational education of ethnic minorities in Qinghai Province. The proportion of ethnic minority population in ethnic autonomous areas is taken as a reference to estimate the proportion of ethnic students in local vocational schools. Therefore, this paper selects six autonomous prefectures and four autonomous counties in Qinghai as the research object. Most of these vocational schools are secondary comprehensive vocational schools, because of the same level of education, similar problems, strong comparability, but also can more powerful summary of the status quo of vocational education in Qinghai minority. In fact, throughout the scope of this study, from the regional differences can be briefly divided into rural areas and pastoral areas, From the level of culture and religion, it can be divided into Islamic cultural circle and Tibetan Buddhist cultural circle. This paper analyzes the data of vocational schools in six states and four counties in detail, and draws the common and unique points of the existing problems. In order to probe into the predicament of ethnic vocational education in Qinghai province, the author analyzes the reasons of the predicament one by one, and makes a macro grasp and micro subdivision of the ethnic vocational education in Qinghai Province in order to probe into the plight of the ethnic vocational education in a more thorough way. Finally, some operable suggestions are put forward.
