【摘要】:示范作為一種傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)技術(shù)教育手段,具有信息包容量大、表達(dá)方式直觀(guān)、易于模仿者理解等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。示范在職業(yè)技術(shù)教育中應(yīng)用廣泛,它很好的解決了職業(yè)技術(shù)教學(xué)中課程動(dòng)手性強(qiáng)、語(yǔ)言難以表達(dá);教師多為原一線(xiàn)技術(shù)人員,不能很好應(yīng)用其他教學(xué)方式等困難。 職業(yè)院校實(shí)訓(xùn)課的示范與實(shí)訓(xùn)課的教學(xué)效果、學(xué)生的技能掌握息息相關(guān)。教師在實(shí)訓(xùn)課上運(yùn)用示范,主要是為了能夠更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)專(zhuān)業(yè)課的教學(xué),,完成既定的教學(xué)進(jìn)度,達(dá)到職業(yè)院校實(shí)訓(xùn)課的教學(xué)目的。 本文從文獻(xiàn)研究入手,整理和分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于示范教學(xué)的各種研究成果。同時(shí),本研究對(duì)職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課示范教學(xué)的詳細(xì)觀(guān)察與記錄,并對(duì)所獲得數(shù)據(jù)通過(guò)統(tǒng)計(jì)法進(jìn)行分析,深入了解了職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課示范教學(xué)運(yùn)用的現(xiàn)狀與效果,進(jìn)而分析了示范教學(xué)在職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中的意義以及存在的問(wèn)題,并給出了相應(yīng)建議,為更好的在職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中開(kāi)展示范教學(xué)提供了參考。 本研究共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)。第一章為引言,是論文的先行研究部分,主要介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于示范教學(xué)的相關(guān)研究文獻(xiàn),并對(duì)其進(jìn)行梳理,為接下來(lái)的研究指明方向。第二章呈現(xiàn)了示范教學(xué)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)及理論基礎(chǔ)。主要包括“示范的含義、對(duì)職業(yè)技能形成的影響”等,為進(jìn)一步研究打下了基礎(chǔ)。第三章承接上文對(duì)示范教學(xué)在職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中的應(yīng)用類(lèi)型、時(shí)機(jī)及場(chǎng)景等做了細(xì)致探討,以完整的文獻(xiàn)研究法為之后的實(shí)地調(diào)查研究做好了準(zhǔn)備。第四章通過(guò)示范教學(xué)在職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)反映出示范教學(xué)在某些職業(yè)護(hù)理院校中的現(xiàn)狀。筆者通過(guò)大量的觀(guān)察、記錄及簡(jiǎn)明的統(tǒng)計(jì)分析法對(duì)職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中的示范教學(xué)過(guò)程進(jìn)行了全面再現(xiàn)。第五章在分析結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了目前職業(yè)院校護(hù)理專(zhuān)業(yè)實(shí)訓(xùn)課中示范教學(xué)存在的問(wèn)題、原因及改進(jìn)的相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:As a traditional means of vocational and technical education, demonstration has the advantages of large information package capacity, intuitive expression and easy to be understood by imitators. Demonstration is widely used in vocational and technical education. It is a good solution to the vocational and technical teaching curriculum hands-on, language is difficult to express; Teachers are the former technical staff, can not be well applied to other teaching methods and other difficulties. The demonstration of practical courses in vocational colleges is closely related to the teaching effect of practical courses and the mastery of students' skills. The use of demonstration by teachers in practical courses is mainly in order to better realize the teaching of specialized courses. To complete the established teaching progress and achieve the purpose of practical training course in vocational colleges. This paper starts with the literature research, collates and analyzes the domestic and foreign research results about the demonstration teaching. At the same time, this study makes a detailed observation and record of the practical teaching of nursing major in vocational colleges. And the data obtained through the statistical analysis, in-depth understanding of the vocational college nursing professional practical training class demonstration teaching status and results. Furthermore, the significance and existing problems of demonstration teaching in practical courses of nursing major in vocational colleges were analyzed, and the corresponding suggestions were given. It provides a reference for developing the model teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities. This research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, is the first part of the paper, mainly introduces the domestic and foreign research literature on demonstration teaching, and comb it. The second chapter presents the basic structure and theoretical basis of demonstration teaching, including "the meaning of demonstration, the influence on the formation of vocational skills" and so on. The third chapter makes a detailed discussion on the application type, timing and scene of the demonstration teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities. Chapter 4th shows that the demonstration teaching in some vocational nursing colleges and universities through the demonstration teaching in each link in the practical training course of nursing specialty reflects the model teaching in some vocational nursing colleges and universities. The author through a large number of observations. The record and the concise statistical analysis method were used to reproduce the demonstration teaching process in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges. Chapter 5th was based on the results of the analysis. This paper summarizes the existing problems, causes and corresponding countermeasures of the demonstration teaching in the practical training course of nursing major in vocational colleges and universities.
