【摘要】：職普比是事關我國教育發(fā)展方向的問題。比較發(fā)現(xiàn),西方國家職普比各異,歐洲國家職普比總體相當。政府對職普比無硬性規(guī)定,但多年來分流工作保持基本穩(wěn)定。中職畢業(yè)后繼續(xù)升學的人數(shù)增加并未對現(xiàn)有職普比帶來顛覆性影響。借鑒西方經(jīng)驗反觀我國現(xiàn)狀,建議收緊學校管理,統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃高中階段和大學階段招生規(guī)模;繼續(xù)堅持中等教育職普比大體相當?shù)脑瓌t。
[Abstract]:The comparison shows that in the western countries, the ratio is different, and the European countries have the same ratio. The government has no rigid regulations on the ratio. However, for many years, the diversion work has remained basically stable. The increase in the number of secondary vocational school graduates has not brought about a disruptive impact on the existing vocational education ratio. We should review the current situation of our country by drawing lessons from western experience and suggest tightening school management. To plan the enrollment scale of senior middle school and university as a whole; Continue to adhere to the principle of general parity in secondary education.
