基于職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高職技能課程開發(fā)研究

【摘要】:在過去的“十一五”中,我國的職業(yè)教育從多方面進(jìn)行了積極的探索研究并取得了顯著的成效,但是從全國整體情況看,整體辦學(xué)水平尤其是專業(yè)建設(shè)水平還不能很好地適應(yīng)國家、企業(yè)所需要的職業(yè)化,雖能做到學(xué)校與企業(yè)合作,部分的實(shí)現(xiàn)了“工學(xué)結(jié)合”,但專業(yè)課和實(shí)踐課的分階段明顯,專業(yè)設(shè)置與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展脫節(jié),課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容與職業(yè)要求脫節(jié),等問題還很明顯。所以,本文擬對(duì)基于職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高職技能課程開發(fā)進(jìn)行比較系統(tǒng)的研究。本選題是在高職教育飛速發(fā)展,教育實(shí)踐不斷成熟的時(shí)代背景下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生的,中國高職教育需要在職業(yè)導(dǎo)向理念的指導(dǎo)下發(fā)展得更加成熟。 本文依照提出問題、分析問題、解決問題、實(shí)踐案例的思路,在對(duì)大量的國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)研究和當(dāng)前中國的職業(yè)化教育現(xiàn)狀的研究基礎(chǔ)上,首先從職業(yè)導(dǎo)向、技能型課程、技能型課程開發(fā)的內(nèi)涵分析入手,,尋找職業(yè)導(dǎo)向與技能型課程開發(fā)的適切性;其次在杜威的“實(shí)用主義教育思想”指導(dǎo)下研究基于職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高職技能型課程開發(fā)思路、開發(fā)目標(biāo)、定位,構(gòu)建了基于職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高職技能型課程開發(fā)模型;最后詳盡的描述了把這一研究成果付諸實(shí)踐,用于文化旅游系餐飲管理專業(yè)《食品營養(yǎng)與衛(wèi)生》這一課程設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的過程。論文還針對(duì)課程開發(fā)后的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)調(diào)查和訪談,尤其是最后的跟蹤調(diào)查學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)習(xí)后的動(dòng)向,獲得第一手真實(shí)可靠的資料,以用于新一輪的課程改革研究。另外,本研究的研究視角是從具體專業(yè)學(xué)生入手進(jìn)行研究和深入發(fā)掘,比純理論性的課題更具參考價(jià)值,使所開發(fā)的理論在保持自有特色的基礎(chǔ)上更具有針對(duì)性、實(shí)用性和靈活性,有被廣泛推廣和應(yīng)用具有深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 本論文的重點(diǎn)是在理論上構(gòu)建了一個(gè)行之有效的基于職業(yè)導(dǎo)向的高職技能型課程模型,也具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。以技能開發(fā)為主線展開課程開發(fā),以模塊化方式呈現(xiàn)教學(xué)內(nèi)容,以職業(yè)實(shí)踐為中心設(shè)計(jì)教學(xué)方法,以動(dòng)態(tài)教學(xué)資源庫建設(shè)為重點(diǎn)整合教學(xué)信息資源是本課程開發(fā)模式的顯著特點(diǎn)。論文的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于,提出要實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)導(dǎo)向教育必須通過四個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的教育實(shí)踐來實(shí)現(xiàn):職業(yè)認(rèn)知、職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)、職業(yè)情景模擬、職業(yè)體驗(yàn),并把目標(biāo)管理應(yīng)用于教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià),使整個(gè)課程設(shè)計(jì)富有層次感和科學(xué)性。
[Abstract]:In the past "11th Five-Year Plan", China's vocational education from many aspects of active exploration and research and achieved remarkable results, but from the overall situation of the country. The overall level of running a school, especially the level of professional construction, can not meet the needs of the country very well. Although the enterprise can cooperate with the enterprise, it has partly realized the combination of work and learning. But the specialized course and the practice lesson are obviously divided into stages, the specialty setup is out of touch with the industry development, the curriculum teaching content and the profession request are out of touch, and so on the question is also very obvious. This paper intends to make a systematic study on the curriculum development of higher vocational skills based on vocational orientation. This topic comes into being under the background of the rapid development of higher vocational education and the maturation of educational practice. Higher vocational education in China needs to develop more mature under the guidance of career-oriented concept. According to the ideas of putting forward problems, analyzing problems, solving problems, and practicing cases, this paper first focuses on the career orientation on the basis of a large number of domestic and foreign literature studies and the current situation of professional education in China. Beginning with the analysis of the connotation of the development of the skilful curriculum, the author tries to find the relevance of the vocational orientation and the development of the skilful curriculum. Secondly, under the guidance of Dewey's "pragmatism education thought", this paper studies the thinking, target and orientation of vocational oriented technical curriculum development in higher vocational education, and constructs a vocational oriented technical curriculum development model in higher vocational education. Finally, the detailed description of the research results into practice. It is used in the course design and development of Food Nutrition and Sanitation in the catering management major of the Department of Culture and Tourism. The evaluation investigation and interview on the effect of the course development are also carried out in this paper. In particular, the final follow-up survey of students after practice, to obtain firsthand and reliable information for the new round of curriculum reform research. In addition. The research perspective of this study is from the specific professional students to start with research and in-depth exploration, than pure theoretical topics more reference value, so that the development of the theory on the basis of maintaining its own characteristics is more targeted. Practicability and flexibility, has been widely promoted and applied has far-reaching significance. The emphasis of this thesis is to construct an effective vocational oriented and skill-based curriculum model in theory, which is also innovative, with the development of skills as the main line of curriculum development. The teaching content is presented by modularization, and the teaching method is designed centered on professional practice. Integrating teaching information resources with emphasis on the construction of dynamic teaching resources database is a remarkable feature of this curriculum development model. The innovation of this paper lies in its innovation. It is pointed out that in order to realize vocational oriented education, we must realize it through four links: vocational cognition, vocational ability training, career scene simulation, career experience, and the application of objective management to the evaluation of teaching effect. Make the whole curriculum design full of hierarchy and scientific.
