職業(yè)教育管理倫理的若干思考

【摘要】:新中國(guó)成立以來(lái),經(jīng)過(guò)半個(gè)多世紀(jì)的發(fā)展,我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的經(jīng)濟(jì)價(jià)值和社會(huì)功能在不斷提高,取得舉世矚目的成就,成為具有中國(guó)特色的社會(huì)主義教育的一個(gè)十分重要的組成部分,成為推進(jìn)我國(guó)科教興國(guó)戰(zhàn)略,拉動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展,提高國(guó)際綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的重要途徑;仨l(fā)展歷程,展望未來(lái),目前我國(guó)職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r與世界其他發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,還存在觀念問(wèn)題、質(zhì)量低下等諸多不足,尤其是行業(yè)參與積極性不高、聯(lián)合辦學(xué)的途徑不暢等問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約了自身的發(fā)展,其原因就在于缺乏有效的引導(dǎo)和管理以及職業(yè)教育倫理的內(nèi)在指引。 本文認(rèn)為,職業(yè)教育管理影響著職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展方向,關(guān)乎職業(yè)教育乃至整個(gè)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的發(fā)展,而職業(yè)教育管理倫理則決定著職業(yè)教育管理的內(nèi)涵水平、價(jià)值取向以及整個(gè)職業(yè)教育的核心內(nèi)在動(dòng)力。為此,全文分為三部分展開論述。本論文通過(guò)研究職業(yè)教育、職業(yè)教育管理、職業(yè)教育管理倫理以及它們之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)系,進(jìn)而從理論結(jié)合實(shí)際的角度,得出我國(guó)職業(yè)教育管理應(yīng)該秉承的發(fā)展價(jià)值以及所需的發(fā)展框架,以求達(dá)到論文研究的理論和實(shí)踐價(jià)值。 第一部分主要論述職業(yè)教育管理倫理的內(nèi)涵。通過(guò)分析職業(yè)教育和管理倫理以及教育倫理的內(nèi)涵,進(jìn)而得出職業(yè)教育管理倫理的內(nèi)涵。 第二部分主要論述職業(yè)教育管理的基本內(nèi)容。揭示了職業(yè)教育管理倫理的核心目標(biāo)、根本原則。 第三部分主要論述研究職業(yè)教育管理倫理的意義。主要從職業(yè)教育管理價(jià)值觀、職業(yè)教育規(guī)范化發(fā)展、職業(yè)教育管理體系三方面進(jìn)行了具體闡述,從而論證了當(dāng)前深化職業(yè)教育管理倫理的現(xiàn)實(shí)價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Since the founding of New China, after more than half a century of development, the economic value and social function of vocational education in China have been continuously improved, and achieved remarkable achievements. It has become a very important part of socialist education with Chinese characteristics, and has become a strategy to promote the national rejuvenation through science and education, and to promote the sustainable development of economy and society. Looking back at the development process and looking forward to the future, compared with other developed countries in the world, there are still many shortcomings in the development of vocational education in our country, such as concept problems, low quality and so on. In particular, the lack of enthusiasm for participation in the industry and the unobstructed way of running a joint school have seriously restricted their own development, which is due to the lack of effective guidance and management, as well as the inherent guidance of vocational education ethics. This paper holds that the management of vocational education affects the development direction of vocational education, relates to the development of vocational education and even the whole economic and social development, and the management ethics of vocational education determines the connotation level of vocational education management. Value orientation and the core inner motive force of the whole vocational education. For this reason, the full text is divided into three parts to discuss. This paper studies vocational education, vocational education management. Vocational education management ethics and their internal relations, and then from the perspective of theory and practice, the development of vocational education management in China should uphold the value and the necessary development framework. In order to achieve the theoretical and practical value of the paper. The first part mainly discusses the connotation of the management ethics of vocational education, and obtains the connotation of the management ethics of vocational education by analyzing the connotation of the ethics of vocational education and management as well as the ethics of education. The second part mainly discusses the basic content of vocational education management and reveals the core goal and fundamental principle of vocational education management ethics. The third part mainly discusses the significance of the study of vocational education management ethics, mainly from the vocational education management values, vocational education standardized development, vocational education management system. Thus, it demonstrates the practical value of deepening the management ethics of vocational education.
