【摘要】：以高等職業(yè)教育的課程發(fā)展作為研究對象主要是基于以下幾點考慮：一是從理論到實踐的傳統(tǒng)課程框架,過分關(guān)注理論的作用；二是輕視實踐的傳統(tǒng)觀念,忽視知識在具體工作情境中的應用；三是先理論、后實踐的課程安排順序不盡合理,不利于激發(fā)學生的學習積極性。而在新的時代條件下,高等職業(yè)教育課程改革如何與知識經(jīng)濟和學習型社會相適應,如何使學生的潛能得以開發(fā),并通過課程媒介形成良好的整體素質(zhì),是一個需要深入研究和亟待解決的實踐課題。 本研究以素質(zhì)為切入點,對高職課程模式進行了深入探索： 第一部分在梳理各典型課程模式的基礎(chǔ)上,從學習化社會、知識經(jīng)濟兩大時代特征的現(xiàn)實需要及“人本位”的課程觀出發(fā),提出了對高職課程素質(zhì)導向的主、客觀要求；第二部分構(gòu)筑了高職課程的素質(zhì)模型及目標；第三部分著重論述了素質(zhì)導向下課程模式的構(gòu)建理念,即以個體的全面發(fā)展為先導,以生涯的可持續(xù)發(fā)展為突破,貫穿終身學習的理念,并以創(chuàng)新素質(zhì)的養(yǎng)成為終極目標；在此基礎(chǔ)上第四部分構(gòu)建了素質(zhì)導向的立體式課程模塊,包括通用基礎(chǔ)模塊、定向分流模塊和素質(zhì)拓展模塊；第五部分探討了素質(zhì)化高職課程模式運行的主要支撐條件,包括多元化的實施主體、高素養(yǎng)的師資隊伍及多元化的評價體系。
[Abstract]:Taking the curriculum development of higher vocational education as the research object is mainly based on the following considerations: first, the traditional curriculum framework from theory to practice pays too much attention to the role of theory; Second, despise the traditional concept of practice and ignore the application of knowledge in specific work situations; The third is that the order of curriculum arrangement is unreasonable, which is not conducive to stimulating students' enthusiasm in learning, and in the new era. How to adapt the curriculum reform of higher vocational education to knowledge economy and learning society, how to develop students' potential, and how to form a good overall quality through curriculum media. It is a practical subject that needs to be deeply studied and solved urgently. This research takes the quality as the breakthrough point, has carried on the thorough exploration to the higher vocational education curriculum pattern: The first part, on the basis of combing the typical curriculum models, puts forward the main idea of the curriculum quality guidance in higher vocational education from the realistic needs of the two characteristics of the learning society, the knowledge economy and the "human-oriented" curriculum view. Objective requirements; The second part constructs the quality model and goal of higher vocational courses. The third part focuses on the quality oriented curriculum model construction concept, that is, the overall development of the individual as the lead, career sustainable development as a breakthrough, throughout the concept of lifelong learning. And take the cultivation of innovation quality as the ultimate goal; On this basis, 4th part of the quality oriented three-dimensional curriculum module, including the general basic module, directional diversion module and quality expansion module; Part 5th discusses the main supporting conditions for the operation of the quality-oriented higher vocational curriculum model, including the pluralistic implementation of the main body, the high quality of teachers and the diversified evaluation system.
