【摘要】：醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)業(yè)正處于不斷轉(zhuǎn)型升級之中,從業(yè)人員準(zhǔn)入門檻較高且專業(yè)知識應(yīng)不斷更新。而區(qū)域藥品類專業(yè)辦學(xué)卻存在設(shè)置分散、資源總量不足且利用率低、學(xué)生實(shí)踐能力不強(qiáng)、中高職銜接不流暢等問題。廣東食品藥品職業(yè)學(xué)院以職教集團(tuán)為依托,發(fā)展"教育產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)合生長體";以職業(yè)資格為引領(lǐng),構(gòu)建中高職銜接和職前職后連貫的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系;整合學(xué)歷教育與職業(yè)培訓(xùn),形成雙向交流、動態(tài)反饋的人才培養(yǎng)更新機(jī)制;采用蛛網(wǎng)交聯(lián)模型,建設(shè)開放兼容、實(shí)時更新的終身學(xué)習(xí)資源;運(yùn)用3D模擬技術(shù),創(chuàng)新實(shí)境學(xué)習(xí)和在線仿真相結(jié)合的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境。這一"教育產(chǎn)業(yè)共生、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)資源互融、中職高職聯(lián)動、職前職后一體"的制藥類職業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)新模式,可為區(qū)域醫(yī)藥行業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級和制藥職業(yè)人才終身學(xué)習(xí)、可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)力支持,獲得教育主管部門、同行和學(xué)習(xí)者的廣泛好評。
[Abstract]:The pharmaceutical industry is in the process of continuous transformation and upgrading, the entry threshold of practitioners is high and the professional knowledge should be updated constantly. However, the regional drug specialty schools are scattered, the total amount of resources is insufficient and the utilization rate is low. The students' practical ability is not strong and the connection between middle and higher vocational colleges is not smooth. The Guangdong Food and Drug Vocational College develops the "educational industry joint growth body" based on vocational education group; Take the occupation qualification as the guide, construct the standard system of the middle and higher vocational convergence and the pre-service and post-service coherence; Integrating academic education and vocational training, forming a two-way exchange, dynamic feedback talent training and updating mechanism; Using cobweb cross-linking model to build open and compatible life-long learning resources with real-time updating; Using 3D simulation technology, innovative reality learning and online simulation of the learning environment. This "education industry symbiosis, standard resources mutual integration, vocational and vocational linkage." The new training mode of pharmaceutical professionals can provide strong support for the transformation and upgrading of regional pharmaceutical industry and lifelong learning for pharmaceutical professionals, and provide strong support for sustainable development, and obtain the education department.
