【摘要】：隨著現(xiàn)代社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展,社會(huì)上各個(gè)方面對(duì)人才有著越來越高的要求,不但要求其具備較高水平的知識(shí)技能,同時(shí)要求其具備較高水平的職業(yè)素養(yǎng),因此在當(dāng)前中職教育中對(duì)學(xué)生的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)進(jìn)行培養(yǎng)有著十分重要的作用及意義。2016年3月5日,李克強(qiáng)總理在政府報(bào)告中提到要“鼓勵(lì)企業(yè)開展個(gè)性化定制、柔性化生產(chǎn),培育精益求精的工匠精神,增品種、提品質(zhì)、創(chuàng)品牌�！薄肮そ尘瘛笔状纬霈F(xiàn)在政府工作報(bào)告中,讓這個(gè)離我們漸行漸遠(yuǎn)的詞再一次出現(xiàn)在了公眾的視野。培育當(dāng)代工匠精神,是社會(huì)發(fā)展的呼喚,更是國(guó)家強(qiáng)盛的需要。職業(yè)院校是培養(yǎng)、訓(xùn)練有開拓創(chuàng)新意識(shí)、良好職業(yè)操守和專門技術(shù)技藝的社會(huì)主義事業(yè)建設(shè)者和接班人的主陣地,培育和塑造具有精益求精、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致的工匠精神應(yīng)是其辦學(xué)指導(dǎo)思想和定位的核心與精髓。德育是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生工匠精神的主陣地,將工匠精神融入中等職業(yè)學(xué)校德育中,讓所有學(xué)生在剛進(jìn)校門不久就開始從德育中潛移默化地培養(yǎng)精益求精的工匠精神。促進(jìn)工匠精神融入中職德育,能夠更加明確中職教育的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),在注重人才技能培養(yǎng)的同時(shí),注重人才職業(yè)精神和職業(yè)道德的培養(yǎng),定能造就數(shù)以億計(jì)“德藝雙馨”的大國(guó)工匠、行家里手,促進(jìn)我國(guó)由“中國(guó)制造”向“中國(guó)質(zhì)造”和“中國(guó)創(chuàng)造”轉(zhuǎn)變,為全面建成社會(huì)主義小康社會(huì)作出巨大貢獻(xiàn)。本文從工匠精神的內(nèi)涵出發(fā),對(duì)“工匠”及“工匠精神”進(jìn)行了歷史溯源,闡釋了工匠精神的重要性,揭示了當(dāng)今中職德育體現(xiàn)工匠精神不足的問題,從而提出工匠精神融入中職德育的改進(jìn)建議,相信可以為中職如何培養(yǎng)具有工匠精神的技術(shù)技能人才提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of modern society, all aspects of the society have higher and higher requirements for talent, not only requires them to have a higher level of knowledge and skills, but also requires a higher level of professional literacy. Therefore, in the current secondary vocational education, the cultivation of students' professional literacy has a very important role and significance. March 5th 2016. Premier Li Keqiang said in his government report that he would "encourage enterprises to carry out individualized and flexible production, cultivate the spirit of craftsmanship, increase variety and improve quality." Creating Brand. "the Spirit of craftsman" appeared for the first time in the government work report, which once again appeared in the public's view of the word that was gradually moving away from us. Cultivating the spirit of contemporary craftsmen is the call of social development. Vocational colleges and universities are the main position for cultivating and training socialist builders and successors who have a sense of innovation, good professional conduct and specialized technical skills. Cultivating and shaping the spirit of craftsman should be the core and essence of its guiding ideology and orientation, and moral education is the main position of cultivating the spirit of craftsman. The artisan spirit will be integrated into the moral education of secondary vocational schools, so that all students will begin to cultivate the craftsman spirit from the moral education shortly after entering the school, and promote the craftsman spirit to be integrated into the secondary vocational education. To be able to better understand the goal of talent training in secondary vocational education, pay attention to the training of talent skills, while paying attention to the cultivation of professional spirit and professional ethics, will certainly create hundreds of millions of "good arts and arts" of the great country craftsmen. In order to promote the transformation of our country from "made in China" to "made in China" and "made in China", this paper makes great contributions to the building of a well-off socialist society in an all-round way. This article starts from the connotation of craftsman's spirit. This paper traces the history of "craftsman" and "craftsman's spirit", explains the importance of craftsman's spirit, and reveals the problem that the moral education of secondary vocational school reflects the shortage of craftsman's spirit. It is believed that it can be used as a reference for how to cultivate technical talents with craftsman spirit in secondary vocational schools, so as to put forward some suggestions on how to integrate artisans' spirit into moral education in secondary vocational schools.
