【摘要】：我國(guó)“十二五規(guī)劃”明確提出了“強(qiáng)農(nóng)惠農(nóng),加快社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)”的宏偉目標(biāo)。并著重圍繞加快發(fā)展現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè),拓寬農(nóng)民增收渠道,改善農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)生活條件等“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了部署。由此可見(jiàn),國(guó)家對(duì)“三農(nóng)”問(wèn)題的高度重視,并將農(nóng)民的持續(xù)增產(chǎn)增收、綜合素質(zhì)的提高,農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)、生活環(huán)境的改善,農(nóng)業(yè)的科學(xué)發(fā)展作為現(xiàn)階段的中心工作。要從根本上解決好涉農(nóng)問(wèn)題,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)劃綱要提出的宏偉目標(biāo),主要依靠新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的主體——農(nóng)民。必須通過(guò)各種有效途徑切實(shí)提高他們的自身素質(zhì),為他們建設(shè)新農(nóng)村創(chuàng)造條件。這就需要我們加強(qiáng)高職教育對(duì)接新農(nóng)村建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題的研究。 本研究主要圍繞四個(gè)部分展開,第一章,引論,主要闡明研究的緣由,研究的目的和意義,研究的思路及方法；第二章,高職教育對(duì)接新農(nóng)村建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析；第三章,高職教育服務(wù)新農(nóng)村建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)中存在的問(wèn)題；第四章,高職教育對(duì)接新農(nóng)村建設(shè)人才培養(yǎng)問(wèn)題的具體對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:The 12th Five-Year Plan of our country clearly puts forward the grand goal of "strengthening agriculture and benefiting agriculture and speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside", and focuses on speeding up the development of modern agriculture and widening the channels of increasing farmers' income. It can be seen that the state attaches great importance to the issue of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers", and will continue to increase farmers' output and income, improve their comprehensive quality, and rural production. The improvement of living environment and the scientific development of agriculture as the central work at the present stage. We must fundamentally solve the agriculture-related problems, and finally achieve the grand goal put forward in the outline of the plan. Mainly rely on the new rural construction of the main body-farmers. We must effectively improve their own quality through various effective ways. To create conditions for them to build a new countryside, it is necessary for us to strengthen the higher vocational education in connection with the new rural construction of talent training research. This research mainly revolves around four parts, the first chapter, the introduction, mainly clarifies the research reason, the research goal and the significance, the research thought and the method; The second chapter, the higher vocational education docking new rural construction talent training status analysis; The third chapter, higher vocational education service new rural construction talent training problems; Chapter 4th, higher vocational education docking new rural construction talent training problems specific countermeasures.
