【摘要】:職業(yè)教育為生產(chǎn)管理第一線培養(yǎng)各類技能的勞動者,與社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著密切、直接的聯(lián)系。面對就業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)變化、技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)升級、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整的新形勢,職業(yè)學(xué)校需要提供具有一定技術(shù)含量、具有一定學(xué)習(xí)能力、掌握一定技能的新增就業(yè)人員。中職教師是職業(yè)學(xué)校的最寶貴的財富,教師隊伍建設(shè)保證了學(xué)校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,也是順利實現(xiàn)人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)和形成辦學(xué)特色的關(guān)鍵所在。 福建省在推進(jìn)“技能型緊缺人才培養(yǎng)實施計劃”同時,福建職業(yè)教育進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大培養(yǎng)規(guī)模,教師隊伍不斷壯大,與此同時隨之帶來了許多嚴(yán)峻的考驗。本文在分析福建省中等職業(yè)教育現(xiàn)狀基礎(chǔ)上,對福建省中職學(xué)校教師的工作、學(xué)習(xí)、生活、職業(yè)態(tài)度進(jìn)行了專項調(diào)查。在此基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒外國職教教師的成功培養(yǎng)經(jīng)驗,對福建省中等職業(yè)學(xué)校師資隊伍建設(shè)教師自身理論學(xué)習(xí)、學(xué)校深化內(nèi)部改革、職教師資培訓(xùn)、教師評價等方面都提出了一些對策與建議。希望教師、學(xué)校和政府乃至于社會都能夠全面重視教師隊伍整體素質(zhì)的提高,并把它放在重要戰(zhàn)略位置,不斷加大師資建設(shè)隊伍的力度,建立具有較高教學(xué)水平和較強(qiáng)實踐能力、專兼相結(jié)合的教師隊伍,以適應(yīng)福建省經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:Vocational education is the first line of production management to train all kinds of skills of workers, and social and economic development has a close and direct relationship, facing the employment structure changes, technological structure upgrading, industrial structure adjustment of the new situation. Vocational schools need to provide a certain amount of technical content, have a certain learning ability, master certain skills of new employment personnel. Secondary vocational teachers are the most valuable wealth of vocational schools. The construction of teachers' team ensures the teaching quality of the school, and is also the key to the successful realization of the goal of talent training and the formation of the characteristics of running a school. Fujian Province in the promotion of "skill shortage talent training implementation plan" at the same time, Fujian vocational education to further expand the scale of training, teachers continue to grow. At the same time, it brings a lot of severe tests. Based on the analysis of the current situation of secondary vocational education in Fujian Province, this paper analyzes the work, study and life of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province. On the basis of this, using the successful training experience of foreign vocational teachers for reference, the author studies the theory of teachers in secondary vocational schools in Fujian Province, and deepens the internal reform of the schools. Vocational education teachers training, teacher evaluation and other aspects have put forward some countermeasures and suggestions. I hope that teachers, schools and the government and even the society can fully attach importance to the overall quality of teachers. And put it in an important strategic position, constantly increase the strength of the team of teachers, to establish a higher level of teaching and strong practical ability, the combination of teachers. In order to meet the needs of Fujian Province's economic and social development.
