基于數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)的五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)有效教學(xué)研究

【摘要】:《教育部關(guān)于深化職業(yè)教育教學(xué)改革全面提高人才培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量的若干意見》中明確提出,“要完善教學(xué)標準體系,積極開發(fā)與國際先進標準對接的專業(yè)教學(xué)標準和課程標準……提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量管理水平……”。在這種教育改革發(fā)展趨勢下,“有效教學(xué)”成為當前職業(yè)教育關(guān)注的熱門話題。五年制高職教育由高職高專院校承擔(dān),招收應(yīng)屆初中畢業(yè)生,學(xué)制五年,畢業(yè)后發(fā)給省教育廳驗印的大專文憑,整體設(shè)計學(xué)生的知識、能力和素質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu),統(tǒng)籌安排中高等職業(yè)教育的課程體系,是中高職有效銜接的重要方式。但由于生源質(zhì)量、培養(yǎng)模式等方面因素,教學(xué)質(zhì)量卻不容樂觀。尤其是數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué),主要問題表現(xiàn)在:一學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)基礎(chǔ)薄弱,對數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)缺乏興趣;二高職院校以技能培養(yǎng)為中心,不斷削減數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)課時,數(shù)學(xué)課教學(xué)質(zhì)量令人堪憂;谔岣呗殬I(yè)教育質(zhì)量,在沒有升學(xué)壓力,生源質(zhì)量下降,數(shù)學(xué)課時數(shù)不斷被縮減的前提下,本人從數(shù)學(xué)活動的理論及特質(zhì)的分析入手,探索如何有效提高五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)質(zhì)量。本人認為,基于數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)的五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)有效教學(xué)是指在教學(xué)過程中,教師秉著“以學(xué)生為主體,教師為主導(dǎo)”的理念,結(jié)合學(xué)生實際,精心設(shè)計有利于主體發(fā)展的各種教學(xué)方法,采用讓學(xué)生自主探索與合作交流等數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)方式,促進學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)知識、專業(yè)技能的掌握和思維方式的提高,讓不同層次的學(xué)生都得到適合自己程度的進步和發(fā)展,同時促進學(xué)生的可持續(xù)發(fā)展與教師的專業(yè)成長,以獲得良好的教學(xué)效果、積極的教學(xué)效益及較高的教學(xué)效率的綜合體現(xiàn)為目標的師生數(shù)學(xué)活動。目的是使五年制高職學(xué)生不但學(xué)到有用且夠用的數(shù)學(xué)知識,而且使他們的創(chuàng)新意識和實踐能力得到加強,從而滿足后續(xù)專業(yè)課程學(xué)習(xí)及可持續(xù)發(fā)展的需要。本文主要分為五個部分:第一部分介紹了本課題的研究背景、目的和意義、研究思路、方法及研究現(xiàn)狀;第二部分通過調(diào)查h學(xué)院五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀,分析h學(xué)院五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)低效的原因,提出基于數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)的五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)有效教學(xué)研究的必要性;第三部分對數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)及基于數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)的數(shù)學(xué)有效教學(xué)做了具體分析與闡述;第四部分是通過一個具體的教學(xué)案例來說明如何基于數(shù)學(xué)活動特質(zhì)進行五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)有效教學(xué);第五部分針對五年制高職數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)低效的原因,從設(shè)計有效的數(shù)學(xué)活動、提供有效的“再創(chuàng)造”的數(shù)學(xué)活動機會、基于學(xué)生的個體差異隱性分層因材施教及有效引導(dǎo)學(xué)生“數(shù)學(xué)地思維”四方面提出對策,以供同行參考。
[Abstract]:In the opinions of the Ministry of Education on deepening the reform of vocational education and teaching to improve the quality of personnel training in an all-round way, it is clearly put forward that "the teaching standard system should be improved." Actively develop professional teaching standards and curriculum standards, which are connected with international advanced standards, and improve the level of teaching quality management. "... Under this trend of educational reform and development. "effective teaching" has become a hot topic in the current vocational education. The five-year higher vocational education is undertaken by the higher vocational and technical colleges, and enroll the fresh junior high school graduates and the school system for five years. After graduation, the college diploma is issued to the provincial education department to design the knowledge, ability and quality structure of the students as a whole, and to arrange the curriculum system of the secondary and higher vocational education as a whole. It is an important way to link up effectively in higher vocational schools. However, because of the quality of students and the training mode, the teaching quality is not optimistic. Especially in mathematics teaching, the main problems are: the students' mathematical foundation is weak. Lack of interest in mathematics learning; The quality of mathematics teaching is worrisome when the training of skills is the center of higher vocational colleges and the mathematics teaching courses are continuously reduced. Based on the improvement of the quality of vocational education, the quality of students decreases without the pressure of entering higher education. Based on the analysis of mathematical activity theory and characteristics, this paper explores how to effectively improve the quality of mathematics teaching in five-year higher vocational education. The effective teaching of mathematics in five-year higher vocational colleges based on the characteristics of mathematics activity means that in the teaching process, teachers are guided by the idea of "taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading force" and combining with the students' reality. Elaborate design of various teaching methods conducive to the development of the main body, let students explore independently and cooperative communication and other mathematical learning methods, to promote the students' mathematical knowledge, professional skills and the improvement of the way of thinking. Let different levels of students get their own level of progress and development, while promoting the sustainable development of students and professional growth of teachers, in order to obtain good teaching results. The positive teaching efficiency and the high teaching efficiency synthetically embody as the goal teachers and students mathematics activity, the goal is to make the five-year higher vocational students not only learn the useful and sufficient mathematics knowledge. And make their innovative consciousness and practical ability to be strengthened, so as to meet the needs of follow-up professional curriculum learning and sustainable development. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part introduces the research background of this topic. Purpose and significance, research ideas, methods and research status; The second part analyzes the reasons for the inefficiency of mathematics teaching in the five-year higher vocational education of h college by investigating the present situation of mathematics teaching in the five-year higher vocational colleges. The necessity of effective mathematics teaching research in five-year higher vocational colleges based on the characteristics of mathematical activities is put forward. The third part makes a concrete analysis and elaboration on the characteristics of mathematical activities and the effective teaching of mathematics based on the characteristics of mathematical activities. The 4th part is through a concrete teaching case to explain how to carry on the mathematics effective teaching based on the mathematics activity characteristic in the five-year higher vocational education; The 5th part aims at the reason of the inefficiency of mathematics teaching in five-year higher vocational education, from designing effective mathematics activity, providing effective "re-creation" mathematics activity opportunity. Based on students' individual differences, implicit stratification teaching and effective guidance of students'"mathematical thinking" four aspects of countermeasures are put forward for peer reference.
