【摘要】：我國高職課程大體可歸納為"以學科為中心"的范式與"以崗位為中心"的范式,二者在我國高職教育發(fā)展的不同歷史階段各自發(fā)揮了重要作用。受新經濟體誕生及崗位職責日益融合的影響,近年來我國高職課程范式正朝著"技能—人格"轉型,其聚焦點已不再是社會效率而是個體發(fā)展,即"教育的主要目標是個人的自我實現"的實用主義教育思想。新的課程范式應更加關注個體的自我發(fā)展,專注培養(yǎng)個體的職業(yè)能力。"以學生為中心"作為新視角,以職業(yè)能力為中心,高職課程應注重培養(yǎng)學生的技術實踐能力與技術理論知識,在課程目標、課程思維、課程內容、課程組織和課程體系等五個方面作出轉型。
[Abstract]:The curriculum of higher vocational education in our country can be summed up as the paradigm of "discipline as the center" and the paradigm of "taking the position as the center". Both of them have played an important role in different historical stages of the development of higher vocational education in China. They are influenced by the birth of new economy and the increasing integration of job responsibilities. In recent years, the curriculum paradigm of higher vocational education in China is transforming to "skill-personality", whose focus is no longer on social efficiency but on individual development. The new curriculum paradigm should pay more attention to the individual's self-development. Focusing on the cultivation of individual professional ability. "student-centered" as a new perspective, vocational competence as the center, higher vocational courses should pay attention to the cultivation of students' technical practical ability and technical theoretical knowledge, in the curriculum objectives. Curriculum thinking, curriculum content, curriculum organization and curriculum system are five aspects of transformation.
