【摘要】：德國產品享譽世界并引領潮流的優(yōu)勢在于其強大的制造能力與完善的工業(yè)體系,而內在動力是工匠精神。德國"工匠精神"的產生經歷了屈辱記憶、覺醒蛻變、潛心制造、滲入基因的歷史發(fā)展過程,呈現出了精益求精、嚴格嚴謹、耐心專注、品質至上、追求卓越等基本特征。德國"工匠精神"是其長期歷史進程中文化要素、制度要素、經濟要素、社會要素、教育要素等共同作用的結果,現已成為其國家、企業(yè)界及技師、工人的內在信念與自律準則,成為滲入其民族性的DNA。
[Abstract]:The advantages of German products being famous in the world and leading the trend lie in its strong manufacturing ability and perfect industrial system, and the intrinsic motive force is the craftsman's spirit, which has experienced humiliating memory and awakening and metamorphosis. Focus on manufacturing, infiltration of the history of gene development process, showing excellence, strict and rigorous, patience and focus, quality first. The German "craftsman spirit" is the result of the joint action of cultural, institutional, economic, social and educational elements in its long-term historical process, and has now become its country. The inherent beliefs and self-discipline of the business community and technicians and workers have become DNAs that permeate their national identity.
