【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)旅游行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旅游人才的的需求量大大增加,占我國(guó)普通高等學(xué)校總數(shù)的百分之六十的高職院校,其中有百分之八十二的學(xué)校設(shè)立了旅游管理類相關(guān)專業(yè)。旅游管理專業(yè)是實(shí)踐性極強(qiáng)的專業(yè),實(shí)踐教學(xué)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生能力的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),直接影響到旅游人才的培養(yǎng)質(zhì)量,完善旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)體系,對(duì)提高旅游管理專業(yè)學(xué)生的綜合能力以滿足旅游行業(yè)發(fā)展對(duì)人才的需求具有重要意義。 本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校旅游管理實(shí)踐教學(xué)進(jìn)行的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及在此基礎(chǔ)上運(yùn)用系統(tǒng)基模對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的成長(zhǎng)上限基模分析可知,目前我國(guó)高職旅游專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)存在著許多問(wèn)題,主要有以下幾方面:第一、實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容及形式方面,實(shí)踐課程設(shè)置缺乏系統(tǒng)性,實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容沒有很好的反映行業(yè)前沿,實(shí)踐教學(xué)方式單一缺乏層次性和綜合性;第二、實(shí)踐教學(xué)條件方面,缺乏雙師型的實(shí)踐教學(xué)教師隊(duì)伍,實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地建設(shè)無(wú)法滿足實(shí)踐教學(xué)需要;第三、實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理方面,旅游實(shí)踐教學(xué)過(guò)程制度管理不完善,實(shí)踐教學(xué)考核評(píng)估方式缺乏科學(xué)性、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性;诖藛(wèn)卷調(diào)查分析及基模分析提出了相關(guān)管理對(duì)策,主要為:設(shè)定旅游專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)的明確的目標(biāo),了解行業(yè)需求行業(yè)前沿,豐富實(shí)踐教學(xué)內(nèi)容和方式;通過(guò)校企合作提升實(shí)踐教學(xué)老師的能力、加強(qiáng)實(shí)踐教學(xué)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),完善校內(nèi)實(shí)踐教學(xué)設(shè)施設(shè)備,建立多元化的校外實(shí)踐教學(xué)基地和長(zhǎng)效機(jī)制的全方位校企合作;建立科學(xué)合理的實(shí)踐教學(xué)考評(píng)體系和實(shí)踐教學(xué)規(guī)章制度,對(duì)實(shí)踐教學(xué)進(jìn)行有效管理。最后,本文結(jié)合所在的江西科技學(xué)院進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析,希望能夠拋磚引玉,對(duì)我國(guó)高職院校旅游管理專業(yè)實(shí)踐教學(xué)管理起到借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of tourism industry in China, the demand for tourism talents has increased greatly, accounting for 60% of the total number of colleges and universities in our country. Among them, 82% of the schools have set up tourism management major. Tourism management is a very practical specialty, and practical teaching is the key link to cultivate students' ability. It is of great significance to improve the comprehensive ability of students majoring in tourism management in order to meet the demand of talents for the development of tourism industry, which directly affects the training quality of tourism talents and improves the practical teaching system of tourism management majors. Based on the questionnaire survey of tourism management practice teaching in higher vocational colleges in our country and the analysis of the upper limit of the growth of tourism management practice teaching in higher vocational colleges, the paper analyzes the growth limit of tourism management practice teaching in higher vocational colleges. At present, there are many problems in the practical teaching of tourism major in higher vocational education in China, mainly in the following aspects: first, the content and form of practical teaching, the lack of systematic practical curriculum. The content of practical teaching does not reflect the frontier of the industry well, and the practice teaching method is lack of hierarchy and comprehensiveness. Second, the practical teaching conditions, the lack of double-qualified practical teaching teachers, practical teaching base construction can not meet the needs of practical teaching; Third, the practice teaching management, tourism practice teaching process system management is not perfect, practical teaching assessment method is lack of scientific. Standard. Based on the questionnaire survey analysis and basic model analysis, the paper puts forward the relevant management countermeasures, mainly for: set a clear goal of tourism professional practice teaching, understand the industry needs of the industry frontier. Enriching practical teaching contents and methods; Through the cooperation of schools and enterprises to enhance the ability of practical teaching teachers, strengthen the construction of practical teaching teachers, improve the practical teaching facilities and equipment. Establish diversified practice teaching base and long-term mechanism of all-round cooperation between schools and enterprises; To establish a scientific and reasonable practice teaching evaluation system and practice teaching rules and regulations, to conduct effective management of practice teaching. Finally, this paper combined with the Jiangxi Institute of Science and Technology to carry out an example analysis, hoping to be able to draw a brick. It can serve as a reference for the practical teaching management of tourism management in higher vocational colleges.
