基于ME7.9.7發(fā)動機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)故障實(shí)訓(xùn)車的設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著高等職業(yè)教育專業(yè)課程的不斷改革,“教學(xué)做”一體化的教學(xué)模式一直作為高等職業(yè)院校研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容,如何真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)“教學(xué)做”一體化也成為高等職業(yè)院校重點(diǎn)要解決的問題。為了解決這些問題,很多高職院校在硬件上進(jìn)行了大量的投入,于是五花八門的實(shí)訓(xùn)臺被應(yīng)用于教學(xué)。通過這些實(shí)訓(xùn)臺的使用,解決了“教學(xué)做”一體化的問題,但也出現(xiàn)了新的問題。很多學(xué)生在實(shí)訓(xùn)臺上面會操作、會檢測、會診斷,一到實(shí)際的車輛上就抓不住頭腦,不知所措。面對這個問題,本人認(rèn)為,實(shí)訓(xùn)臺的開發(fā)和研制不能破壞車輛原有的特征,雖然將發(fā)動機(jī)固定在臺架上,并在控制面板上接出來很多端口,操作是方便了,但是附加的太多線束改變了電控系統(tǒng)的很多參數(shù),造成實(shí)訓(xùn)臺與實(shí)際車輛之間出現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)誤差,容易誤導(dǎo)學(xué)生。學(xué)生在實(shí)訓(xùn)臺上學(xué)會了檢測端口檢測,但在車輛上卻不知道應(yīng)如何進(jìn)行,甚至很多學(xué)生不清楚各元件的安裝位置,造成學(xué)習(xí)效果差。 針對以上種種問題,為了使“教學(xué)做”一體化教學(xué)模式的高效運(yùn)行,本人結(jié)合多年的教學(xué)與維修經(jīng)驗(yàn),設(shè)計了這款基于ME7.9.7發(fā)動機(jī)管理系統(tǒng)的故障實(shí)訓(xùn)車。該實(shí)訓(xùn)車的設(shè)計與研究基于目前市場上較先進(jìn)的帶電子節(jié)氣門的電控平臺進(jìn)行,該平臺在市場上裝車量較多,控制系統(tǒng)與診斷系統(tǒng)較為先進(jìn)。本設(shè)計打破傳統(tǒng)實(shí)訓(xùn)臺設(shè)計模式,以奇瑞A3車型為基礎(chǔ),在A3車上進(jìn)行設(shè)計和改造,通過在電控系統(tǒng)的輸入元件和輸出元件上加裝控制元件,對輸入電控系統(tǒng)ECU的數(shù)據(jù)與ECU輸出的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行干預(yù)。設(shè)計中在傳感器上設(shè)計開關(guān)電路來控制傳感器各線束與電源線或搭鐵線之間斷路或短路設(shè)置。在執(zhí)行器上設(shè)計開關(guān)電路來控制執(zhí)行器各線束與電源線或搭鐵線之間斷路或短路設(shè)置。在各線束上設(shè)計診斷接口,以便于學(xué)生讀取數(shù)據(jù)或利用信號發(fā)生器來實(shí)現(xiàn)無故障碼故障的設(shè)置。通過這些設(shè)計來控制車輛產(chǎn)生預(yù)期的故障代碼,形成預(yù)期的故障現(xiàn)象。 本文對實(shí)訓(xùn)車電控系統(tǒng)中涉及的各輸入元件和輸出元件的安裝位置、作用及原理進(jìn)行了分析;對元件電路設(shè)計與使用方法進(jìn)行了闡述;對實(shí)訓(xùn)車的調(diào)試進(jìn)行了總結(jié)和驗(yàn)證。通過該實(shí)訓(xùn)車的設(shè)計與使用證明,該實(shí)訓(xùn)車操作簡單,,實(shí)用性強(qiáng),能夠設(shè)置市場上搭載該電控系統(tǒng)的所有車型的所有故障;該實(shí)訓(xùn)車能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)所有數(shù)據(jù)的動態(tài)檢測;能夠模擬真實(shí)環(huán)境下所發(fā)生的故障現(xiàn)象;能夠滿足“教學(xué)做”一體化教學(xué)模式的需要,實(shí)現(xiàn)了學(xué)習(xí)與工作的有效對接。
[Abstract]:With the continuous reform of specialized courses in higher occupation education, the teaching integration teaching mode has been used as the key research content of higher occupation colleges, how to realize the teaching integration has become the focus of higher occupation colleges to solve the problem. In order to solve these problems, many higher vocational colleges have done a lot of investment in hardware so, all kinds of training was used in teaching. By using these training table, resolved the problem of "integration of teaching, but also the emergence of new problems. Many students in the training table above operation, will be a detection, diagnosis, to the actual vehicle could not hold the mind at a loss. In the face of this problem, I think that the development of the training table cannot destroy the vehicle original features, although the engine fixed on the rack, and then in the control panel. Many ports, operation is convenient, but too much additional harness changed a lot of electronic control system caused by the parameters, data error between the training and the actual vehicle, easy to mislead the students. Students learn how to detect port detection on the training table, but on the vehicle but do not know how to, even a lot of students clear the installation position of each element, resulting in poor learning.
To solve the above problems, in order to make the "teaching" the efficient operation of the integrated teaching mode of teaching, I combined with years of experience in maintenance, designed the car engine fault training management system based on ME7.9.7. The design and research of the training car based on the advanced solar term door with electronic electronic control platform on the market. Many in the market on vehicle platform, control system and fault diagnosis system is advanced. This design breaks the traditional design mode of training in Taiwan, the Chery A3 models based on A3, design and transformation of the car, through an input member and an output member in the electric control system is additionally arranged on the control element, and the output of the input control data ECU the ECU system data to intervene. In the design of the sensor design of switch circuit to control the sensor harness and power line or a circuit or short circuit between the wire to set. Is on the design of switch circuit to control the actuator and the wire harness power line or a circuit or short circuit between the wire set. In the design of diagnostic interface harness, to facilitate the students to read the data or by signal generator to achieve no code breakdown settings. Through these design to control the vehicle fault code is expected, the formation of the fault phenomena expected.
The installation position of the electric control system of the car involved in the training of the input element and the output element, function and principle are analyzed; the components of the circuit design and method are described; debugging of training vehicle are summarized and verified. Through the design of training and car use, the training vehicle has the advantages of simple operation, strong practicability, can set the market all the fault of electronic control system of the vehicle equipped with all the training; vehicle can realize dynamic detection of all data; to simulate the failure phenomenon occurs in real environment; to meet the needs of the integration of "teaching" teaching mode, to achieve effective docking study and work.
