【摘要】:1999年,中共中央、國(guó)務(wù)院聯(lián)合頒布的《關(guān)于深化教育改革全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的決定》在重申“高等職業(yè)教育是高等教育的重要組成部分。要大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育,培養(yǎng)一大批具有理論知識(shí)和較強(qiáng)實(shí)踐能力,生產(chǎn)、建設(shè)、管理、服務(wù)第一線和農(nóng)村急需的專門人才!钡陌l(fā)展方針的同時(shí),為了使我國(guó)的高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展加速,更加明確的提出了“支持普通本科院校獨(dú)立舉辦或與企業(yè)合作舉辦職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院”的指導(dǎo)方針。十幾年來,在這一方針的引領(lǐng)下,許多地方本科大學(xué)里都建立了專科高職學(xué)院,大力發(fā)展高等職業(yè)教育,為把我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)與發(fā)展轉(zhuǎn)移到依靠科學(xué)技術(shù)進(jìn)步和提高全民族素質(zhì)的軌道上來有著極其重要的意義。 然而,一方面普通本科教育與高等職業(yè)教育分屬兩種不同的教育類型。普通本科教育的目的是培養(yǎng)各類通用型高級(jí)專門人才,重點(diǎn)是畢業(yè)生對(duì)專業(yè)理論知識(shí)的掌握,注重培養(yǎng)基本工作能力,畢業(yè)生屬于工程型或?qū)W術(shù)型人才。而高職教育培養(yǎng)的是肯干型、實(shí)用型、技術(shù)型畢業(yè)生,即教育并培養(yǎng)適合工作崗位第一線的德育、智育、勞動(dòng)等方面的全面發(fā)展應(yīng)用型人才;高職生應(yīng)在具有相應(yīng)的理論知識(shí)和專業(yè)知識(shí)基礎(chǔ)上,重點(diǎn)掌握從事該專業(yè)工作的基本技能。教學(xué)觀念的不同導(dǎo)致學(xué)生在擇業(yè)時(shí)價(jià)值取向的差異;另一方面,地方本科院校中的高職學(xué)生受本科院校的大環(huán)境影響,在擇業(yè)過程中的自身定位不準(zhǔn)確,造成擇業(yè)取向有偏差。 本文對(duì)地方本科院校中高職生(地方本科院校中的高職學(xué)院,學(xué)生屬專科學(xué)歷層次大學(xué)生)擇業(yè)價(jià)值取向進(jìn)行分析和研究,并就如何培養(yǎng)和提升這些學(xué)生的擇業(yè)價(jià)值取向進(jìn)行了深層次的分析研究。
[Abstract]:In 1999, the CPC Central Committee, the State Council jointly issued the "decision on deepening education reform and promoting quality education in > reiterated that" the higher occupation education is an important part of higher education. We should vigorously develop the higher occupation education, training a large number of theoretical knowledge and practical ability, production, construction, management, personnel service line and the urgent need for rural development policy ". At the same time, in order to speed up the development of higher occupation education in our country, more clearly put forward the guidelines to support ordinary colleges or independently organized in cooperation with enterprises held in Career Technical College. Over the past decade, in this policy under the guidance of many local undergraduate college have established a vocational college, the development of higher occupation education, for the construction and development of the social economy of our country to rely on scientific and technological progress and enhance the whole nation The track of quality is of great significance.
However, a general undergraduate education and higher occupation education are two different types of education. Undergraduate education is to train all kinds of general senior specialized personnel, the focus is on professional graduates theory knowledge, pay attention to the cultivation of basic work ability, graduate students belonging to the engineering or academic talents. And the training of higher vocational education is work hard, practical, technical graduates, namely education and moral education, suitable for the job in the first line of the intellectual, comprehensive development and application of labor and other aspects of personnel; students should have the corresponding theoretical knowledge and professional knowledge, grasp the basic skills of professional work. The difference of different teaching ideas lead students in employment value orientation; on the other hand, higher vocational students in local colleges in Universities under the influence of environment, in the process of choosing The inaccuracy of its own positioning has caused a deviation in the orientation of career selection.
This paper analyzes and studies the career value orientation of Vocational College Students in local universities (Higher Vocational Colleges in local colleges and universities, students belonging to junior college degree), and makes a deep analysis and Research on how to cultivate and enhance these students' career value orientation.
