【摘要】："基于工作過程"的課程理念在我國(guó)職業(yè)教育界產(chǎn)生了很大影響,但有關(guān)工作過程知識(shí)的實(shí)證研究卻比較罕見。以德國(guó)分布式光伏系統(tǒng)安裝工為例分析其工作過程知識(shí)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),光伏技工的主要工作任務(wù)是小型分布式屋頂電站的安裝與維修,包括安裝咨詢、安裝設(shè)計(jì)、安裝、運(yùn)行及維修;相關(guān)培養(yǎng)課程應(yīng)包含代表性工作任務(wù)、涉及完整的工作過程并關(guān)注團(tuán)隊(duì)能力的培養(yǎng)。文章涉及的研究方法和結(jié)果對(duì)我國(guó)的職業(yè)資格研究有重要啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:The curriculum concept based on the work process has had a great influence on the vocational education circle in our country. However, empirical research on the knowledge of the working process is rare. Taking the German distributed photovoltaic system installers as an example, the knowledge of the working process is analyzed. The main task of photovoltaic technicians is the installation and maintenance of small distributed roof power plants, including installation consulting, installation design, installation, operation and maintenance; The relevant training courses should include representative work tasks, complete work processes and focus on the development of team competence. The research methods and results involved in this paper have important implications for the study of professional qualifications in China.
