【摘要】：現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制是職業(yè)教育實(shí)現(xiàn)教育為經(jīng)濟(jì)服務(wù)的主要途徑之一,瑞典在引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制過程中,還存在著學(xué)生認(rèn)可度低、企業(yè)參與度低、社會(huì)合作伙伴亟需加強(qiáng)、學(xué)徒培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量有待提升等問題。我國在現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制試點(diǎn)工作中也面臨著與瑞典相同的問題,通過提高學(xué)生認(rèn)知度,企業(yè)積極性以及行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)的參與,能有效推廣現(xiàn)代學(xué)徒制。
[Abstract]:Modern apprenticeship is one of the main ways of vocational education to achieve education and economic services. In the process of introducing modern apprenticeship, there are still some problems such as low student recognition, low participation in enterprises, urgent need for social partners, and quality improvement of apprenticeship. China is also facing the same problem with Sweden in the modern apprenticeship pilot work. It can effectively promote the modern apprenticeship system by improving student awareness, enterprise enthusiasm and the participation of industry associations.
