PISA 2012教育成功國家和地區(qū)的基本經(jīng)驗

【摘要】:OECD認(rèn)為卓越、公平和包容是教育成功的三個評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn),并基于PISA 2012數(shù)據(jù)對教育卓越、教育公平以及教育包容進行操作性定義,從這三個維度出發(fā)對參加國和地區(qū)的學(xué)生成績進行比較分析。教育成功國家和地區(qū)的基本經(jīng)驗主要體現(xiàn)在建設(shè)高質(zhì)量的師資隊伍、保證教育體系的公平性、創(chuàng)設(shè)滿足不同學(xué)生需求的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境三方面。重新審視教育成功的內(nèi)涵,有助于樹立正確的質(zhì)量觀,全面提高教育質(zhì)量,實現(xiàn)卓越、公平和包容的統(tǒng)一。
[Abstract]:According to OECD, excellence, equity and inclusion are the three evaluation criteria for educational success, and the operational definition of educational excellence, educational equity and educational inclusion is based on PISA 2012 data. From these three dimensions, the author makes a comparative analysis of students' achievement in participating countries and regions. The basic experience of successful countries and regions lies in three aspects: constructing high-quality teachers, ensuring the fairness of education system, and creating learning environment to meet different students' needs. Re-examining the connotation of educational success is helpful to establish a correct view of quality, improve the quality of education in an all-round way, and achieve the unity of excellence, fairness and inclusiveness.
