【摘要】：當(dāng)前,中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)人陷入邊緣化的尷尬處境,其根本原因是"傳統(tǒng)電教觀念根深蒂固,功利主義思想肆意蔓延"。為此,中小學(xué)教育技術(shù)人要樹(shù)立"集成理念比掌握末端技術(shù)更重要、更新知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)比追逐最新技術(shù)更重要、助推教育改革比保障裝備運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)更重要、促進(jìn)教師發(fā)展比提供技術(shù)服務(wù)更重要"的觀念,依靠自己的力量,沖出困境,超越現(xiàn)實(shí),積極投身于基礎(chǔ)教育信息化事業(yè),努力使信息技術(shù)對(duì)教育改革產(chǎn)生革命性影響。
[Abstract]:At present, the primary and secondary education technologists are in an awkward situation of marginalization, the fundamental reason is that the traditional audio-visual education concept is deeply rooted, and the utilitarianism is rampant. Therefore, it is more important for technical personnel in primary and secondary education to set up "integration concept than to master terminal technology, to update knowledge structure is more important than to follow the latest technology, and to promote education reform more important than to ensure the operation of equipment." The idea of promoting teachers' development is more important than providing technical services, relying on their own strength, breaking out of difficulties, surmounting reality, actively devoting themselves to the informatization cause of basic education, and making great efforts to make information technology have a revolutionary impact on educational reform.
