快速城鎮(zhèn)化進程中農(nóng)村教育的新問題

【摘要】：2015年4月1日至2日,由中國教育三十人論壇與教育公平協(xié)同創(chuàng)新中心、華東師范大學國家教育宏觀政策研究院聯(lián)合主辦的"十三五"期間大力促進教育公平高峰論壇在上海舉行。多位重磅嘉賓和資深專家相聚華東師大,論劍麗娃河畔,聚焦"如何更好地配置公共教育資源,加快縮小區(qū)域、城鄉(xiāng)、校際差距;如何更好地傾斜支持困難人群,保障殘障兒童、農(nóng)民工隨遷子女、家庭經(jīng)濟困難學生享受同等教育權益;如何平等對待、個性化對待所有學生,保障每個學生的學習權益和個性化發(fā)展;如何改善外部制度環(huán)境,保障在資源有限的情況下競爭機會公平;國際上促進教育公平的歷史經(jīng)驗和不同模式給我們的啟示"等五大領域的議題,發(fā)表主題演講,以更多元的視角、更獨到的眼光、更專業(yè)的解讀,分析當前促進教育公平的主要癥結、關鍵因子和有效路徑,進而為國家和地方教育決策提供借鑒。鑒于本次論壇主題及內(nèi)容的重大意義,盡管論壇的相關報道和專家視點已相繼由電子媒體率先發(fā)布,幾位專家的發(fā)言也已散見于兄弟報刊,本刊編輯部仍決定集中刊發(fā)與會專家的精彩觀點,依發(fā)言先后順序,全景呈現(xiàn)1本次論壇的過程及主題內(nèi)容,以饗廣大讀者。
[Abstract]:From April 1 to 2, 2015, the China Education Thirty people Forum and the Education Equity Collaborative Innovation Center, The National Institute of Education Macro-Policy of East China normal University jointly sponsored the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" Summit Forum on promoting Educational Equity in Shanghai. Many important guests and senior experts gathered at the East China normal University, on the banks of Jianliwa River, focusing on "how to better allocate public educational resources, accelerate the narrowing of regional, urban and rural, inter-school gap;" How to better tilt to support the difficult people, to protect the disabled children, migrant workers with their children, families with financial difficulties students enjoy the same educational rights and interests; How to treat all students equally and individualized, how to protect the learning rights and interests of each student and how to improve the external system environment, and how to guarantee the fair opportunity of competition under the condition of limited resources; The international historical experience in promoting education equity and the enlightenment given to us by different models, "and other topics in five major fields, such as keynote speeches, with more diverse perspectives, more unique vision, and more professional interpretation, This paper analyzes the main sticking points, key factors and effective paths of promoting education equity, and then provides reference for national and local educational decisions. In view of the significance of the theme and content of the Forum, although the relevant reports and expert perspectives of the Forum have been first published by the electronic media one after another, the statements of several experts have also been scattered in the sibling press, Our editorial department still decided to focus on publishing the brilliant views of the participating experts, according to the speaking order, panoramic presentation of the process and theme of this forum, in order to provide a good dinner to the readers.
