【摘要】:目的了解醫(yī)學(xué)院低年級(jí)學(xué)生自我認(rèn)同感的現(xiàn)狀。方法采用奧克斯(Ochse)和普拉格(Plug)編制的自我認(rèn)同感量表,以隨機(jī)分層整群抽樣的方法抽取某醫(yī)學(xué)院大一和大二430名學(xué)生進(jìn)行不記名式問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果 282名(65.6%)學(xué)生自我認(rèn)同感水平較低,73名(17.0%)學(xué)生自我認(rèn)同感處于平均水平,75名(17.4%)學(xué)生自我認(rèn)同感水平較高。男生和女生之間自我認(rèn)同感的差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.260);農(nóng)村和城鎮(zhèn)學(xué)生之間的自我認(rèn)同感差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.867);大一和大二學(xué)生之間自我認(rèn)同感差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.001);醫(yī)學(xué)類和非醫(yī)學(xué)類學(xué)生之間的自我認(rèn)同感差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.002);獨(dú)生子女和非獨(dú)生子女之間的自我認(rèn)同感差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P=0.004);學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和自我認(rèn)同感之間存在關(guān)聯(lián)(P=0.011)。結(jié)論醫(yī)學(xué)院低年級(jí)大部分學(xué)生還處于自我認(rèn)同感的形成當(dāng)中,而且他們的自我認(rèn)同感在年級(jí)、專業(yè)和是否是獨(dú)生子女之間存在差異,表現(xiàn)為大二學(xué)生高于大一學(xué)生,醫(yī)學(xué)類專業(yè)學(xué)生高于非醫(yī)學(xué)類專業(yè),獨(dú)生子女高于非獨(dú)生子女。此外,學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)和自我認(rèn)同感之間有關(guān)聯(lián),即自我認(rèn)同感水平越高的學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)?cè)胶谩?br/>
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the present situation of self-identity of medical college junior students. Methods the self-identity scale developed by (Ochse) and (Plug) was used to select 430 freshmen and sophomores in a medical school by random stratified cluster sampling. Results 282 students (65.6%) had a lower level of self-identity, 73 students (17.0%) had an average level of self-identity, and 75 students (17.4%) had a higher level of self-identity. There was no significant difference in self-identity between boys and girls (P0. 260), but there was no significant difference between rural and urban students (P0. 867). There were significant differences in self-identity between freshmen and sophomores (P0. 001), and between medical and non-medical students (P0. 002). There were significant differences in self-identity between only child and non-only child (P0. 004), and there was a correlation between academic achievement and self-identity (P0. 011). Conclusion most of the junior students in medical college are still in the process of forming self-identity, and there are differences in their self-identity between grade, major and whether they are only children, which shows that sophomores are higher than freshmen. Medical majors are higher than non-medical majors, and only children are higher than non-only children. In addition, there is a correlation between academic achievement and self-identity, that is, the higher the level of self-identity, the better the academic performance.
