【摘要】：正俄羅斯總統(tǒng)普京近日強(qiáng)調(diào),有天賦的孩子是民族的寶貴財(cái)富,我們需要為那些在學(xué)校里面表現(xiàn)出技術(shù)和人文創(chuàng)造能力的孩子、能做出發(fā)明的孩子、在國(guó)內(nèi)和國(guó)際智力及職業(yè)競(jìng)賽中表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)異成績(jī)的孩子、有自己的專利和在科學(xué)雜志上發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)文章的孩子們提供額外支持。據(jù)了解,目前俄教科部已經(jīng)研制了優(yōu)秀學(xué)生的扶持政策。莫斯科國(guó)立鮑曼技術(shù)大學(xué)校長(zhǎng)亞歷山大羅夫認(rèn)為,一直以來(lái),我們總是盡最大努力幫助后進(jìn)生,經(jīng)常忘記幫助優(yōu)
[Abstract]:While Russian President Vladimir Putin recently stressed that gifted children are the precious wealth of the nation, we need to make inventions for those children who have demonstrated their technological and humanistic creativity in schools. Children with outstanding performance in national and international quiz and professional competitions have their own patents and additional support from children who publish academic articles in scientific journals. It is understood that the Russian Ministry of Education has developed excellent student support policy. Alexandrov, president of the Moscow State Bowman University of Technology, believes that we have always done our best to help the underachievers, often forgetting to help the best.
