基于使用后評價的浙江大學(xué)月牙樓中庭空間改造策略研究
[Abstract]:With the rapid urbanization of our country, a large number of existing buildings have been demolished and rebuilt before the whole life cycle. Throughout this phenomenon, it is not difficult to find that the contradiction between space quality and use demand is the main reason leading to the phenomenon of "short life". Many existing buildings in our country seldom make forward-looking consideration on the sustainable application of space in the design stage, and even blindly construct them when they are not sure of their use function at the time of construction. Many problems such as high energy consumption, poor environmental quality and low efficiency of space use have been caused in the use of a large number of established building spaces. The maintenance and transformation of the established building space is a big problem that the architect has to face. In the past, the design thinking mode was mostly confined to the design object itself, and the design method was also focused on the subjective level of the architect, lacking the concrete quantitative data support. The purpose of this paper is to break the idea that the architect's subjective judgment is regarded as the standard of design evaluation, and to improve the rationality and scientificalness of the reformed design. This research belongs to the applied research on the level of design method, and the research results can promote and guide the relevant transformation practice. At the same time, the author hopes that the domestic architectural scholars can pay enough attention to promote the theoretical research of the design method of the sustainable reconstruction of the building space. Firstly, this paper clarifies the related concepts of existing building reconstruction and post-use evaluation, and then discusses the general process of construction of post-use evaluation model. Then, the post-use evaluation of the atrium of the Department of Architecture (crescent Building) of Zhejiang University was carried out, including the satisfaction degree of space use and the comfort degree of physical environment index. The evaluation results provide necessary data support for spatial sustainable transformation as feedback information. After that, the sustainable reconstruction design of atrium space is carried out from four aspects of function layout, space design, physical environment and operation management, and the effectiveness of the transformation strategy is verified by simulation software. Finally, on the basis of the practice of the renovation of the atrium in the crescent building, this paper summarizes the POE application method of the reconstruction design of the existing building space, and demonstrates its practical guiding significance to the reconstruction of the building space.
