【摘要】：正2015,"十二五"收官之年,考試招生制度改革逐漸落地之年,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)教育現(xiàn)代化開始全面攻堅之年�；A(chǔ)教育該以什么樣的方式前行?應(yīng)該樹立新的改革觀,走"內(nèi)涵式綜合改革"之路。具體來說,就是以質(zhì)量提升為核心,以綜合改革為抓手,實(shí)現(xiàn)基礎(chǔ)教育高水平發(fā)展。基礎(chǔ)教育難點(diǎn)比較多,但綜合起來考慮無非兩點(diǎn):一個是公平,一個是質(zhì)量。多年來,各級政府和教育行政部門一直積極推進(jìn)教育公平。目前,有學(xué)上已經(jīng)解決,大城市"擇校熱"基本被遏制,隨遷子女、留守兒童、殘疾兒童等都享有
[Abstract]:In the year of 2015, the year of the 12th Five-Year Plan, the reform of the examination and enrollment system gradually fell to the ground, and the year of the basic modernization of education began to attack the key points in an all-round way. In what way should basic education move forward? We should set up a new concept of reform and take the road of "inclusive comprehensive reform". Specifically, it is to improve quality as the core, comprehensive reform as the grasp, to achieve high level development of basic education. There are many difficulties in basic education, but the overall consideration is nothing more than two: one is fair, the other is quality. Over the years, governments and educational administrations at all levels have been actively promoting education equity. At present, some schools have been solved, and the "school selection fever" in big cities has been basically curbed, and children who move with them, children who stay behind, children with disabilities, etc., enjoy it.
