【摘要】：對(duì)學(xué)區(qū)107位小學(xué)教師"基于信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)資源共享"前后教研效率情況進(jìn)行分析,探討小學(xué)教師教研效率提高效果。結(jié)果顯示:開(kāi)展"基于信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)資源共享"實(shí)驗(yàn)后,教師之間知識(shí)的互動(dòng)關(guān)系比實(shí)驗(yàn)前更為頻繁,所組成的互動(dòng)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)更有利于教育信息在教師之間的傳播;教師之間互動(dòng)的密度顯著大于實(shí)驗(yàn)干預(yù)前(P=0.0002)。"基于信息技術(shù)平臺(tái)資源共享"能促進(jìn)教師之間的知識(shí)互動(dòng),有效提高信息傳播效率,成為促進(jìn)教師成長(zhǎng)的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the teaching and research efficiency of 107 primary school teachers before and after "resource sharing based on information technology platform", and probes into the effect of improving the teaching and research efficiency of primary school teachers. The results show that the interactive relationship between teachers' knowledge is more frequent than that before the experiment, and the interactive network is more conducive to the dissemination of educational information among teachers. The density of teacher interaction was significantly higher than that before experimental intervention (P0. 0002). " Resource sharing based on information technology platform "can promote the interaction of knowledge among teachers, effectively improve the efficiency of information dissemination, and become an effective way to promote the growth of teachers."
