非正式學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境下基于微信的知識(shí)管理研究

【摘要】:伴隨著當(dāng)今信息知識(shí)時(shí)代終身學(xué)習(xí)理念的深入和發(fā)展,非正式學(xué)習(xí)已逐漸成為人們獲取知識(shí)的主要方式。Web2.0時(shí)代的開(kāi)放性、個(gè)性化和共享性等特點(diǎn)使得各種社會(huì)性網(wǎng)絡(luò)已發(fā)展成為人們生活、工作和學(xué)習(xí)中不可或缺的一部分,隨時(shí)隨地學(xué)習(xí)成為人們新時(shí)代呼吁下的一種學(xué)習(xí)方式,非正式學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)方式也發(fā)生了全新改變,這對(duì)構(gòu)建終身學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)具有重要意義。知識(shí)管理在非正式學(xué)習(xí)中的有效應(yīng)用對(duì)提高學(xué)習(xí)效率和提升學(xué)習(xí)者的知識(shí)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力都具有重要作用。微信作為一種新興式即時(shí)通訊服務(wù)而出現(xiàn),以即時(shí)性、便捷性、共享性和精確性等特點(diǎn)而迅速得到廣大學(xué)習(xí)者所青睞。微信為非正式學(xué)習(xí)提供了一條學(xué)習(xí)途徑,也提供了一種知識(shí)的管理工具,但其能否很好地支持非正式學(xué)習(xí),并對(duì)非正式學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行有效管理尚未可知。因此如何利用微信有效支持非正式學(xué)習(xí),促進(jìn)學(xué)習(xí)者對(duì)知識(shí)進(jìn)行有效管理值得我們?nèi)パ芯亢吞剿鳌?本文首先主要采用文獻(xiàn)研究和比較研究的方法對(duì)目前國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于非正式學(xué)習(xí)、微信、知識(shí)管理的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行總結(jié)分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)相關(guān)概念和理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了陳述。其次分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)非正式學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中的學(xué)習(xí)資源及管理中的相關(guān)問(wèn)題,在將微信與博客和微博在功能特性等方面進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析的基礎(chǔ)上研究了微信應(yīng)用于非正式學(xué)習(xí)及其知識(shí)管理中的可行性。最后在建構(gòu)主義理論、聯(lián)通主義理論和知識(shí)管理理論的指導(dǎo)下提出了基于微信的非正式學(xué)習(xí)的模式,并構(gòu)建了非正式學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境中微信支持下的知識(shí)管理模型。 研究認(rèn)為網(wǎng)絡(luò)環(huán)境中非正式學(xué)習(xí)的學(xué)習(xí)資源重復(fù)繁雜,在管理上尚缺乏統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),微信為非正式學(xué)習(xí)及其知識(shí)管理提供了人性化的技術(shù)平臺(tái)和相關(guān)功能性支持,能幫助學(xué)習(xí)者利用微信對(duì)非正式學(xué)習(xí)的知識(shí)進(jìn)行有效管理,提高非正式學(xué)習(xí)的效率,是一種有效的非正式學(xué)習(xí)工具。
[Abstract]:With the deepening and development of lifelong learning concept in the information knowledge age, informal learning has gradually become the main way for people to acquire knowledge. With the characteristics of individuation and sharing, various social networks have developed into an indispensable part of people's life, work and study, and learning at any time and anywhere has become a learning method called for by the new era. The learning style of informal learning has also changed completely, which is of great significance to the construction of lifelong learning society. The effective application of knowledge management in informal learning plays an important role in improving learning efficiency and enhancing learners' knowledge competitiveness. As a new kind of instant messaging service, WeChat has been favored by learners because of its characteristics of immediacy, convenience, sharing and accuracy. WeChat provides both a learning approach and a knowledge management tool for informal learning, but it is not known whether it can support informal learning and effectively manage the informal learning knowledge. Therefore, how to use WeChat to effectively support informal learning and promote learners to effectively manage knowledge is worth our research and exploration. Firstly, this paper uses the methods of literature research and comparative research to summarize and analyze the current research situation of informal learning, WeChat and knowledge management at home and abroad, and then states the related concepts and theoretical basis. Secondly, it analyzes the learning resources and the related problems in the network informal learning environment. Based on the comparative analysis of WeChat, blog and Weibo, the feasibility of applying WeChat to informal learning and knowledge management is studied. Finally, under the guidance of constructivism theory, connectionism theory and knowledge management theory, the model of informal learning based on WeChat is put forward, and the knowledge management model supported by WeChat in informal learning environment is constructed. The study considers that the learning resources of informal learning in the network environment are complex and lack of uniform standard in management. WeChat provides a humanized technical platform and related functional support for informal learning and its knowledge management. It can help learners to manage the knowledge of informal learning effectively and improve the efficiency of informal learning. It is an effective informal learning tool.
