【摘要】：目的探討大學(xué)生壓力性生活事件、沖動(dòng)性人格與自殺意念的關(guān)系,為高校心理健康教育工作提供理論依據(jù)。方法采用青少年壓力性生活事件問(wèn)卷、Barratt沖動(dòng)量表(BIS)、自殺意念自評(píng)量表,分層整群從鄭州市、平頂山市4所高校抽取1 492名學(xué)生進(jìn)行問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果大學(xué)生自殺意念報(bào)告率為7.6%,男生(9.2%)高于女生(6.1%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ2=21.64,P0.01)。大學(xué)生壓力性生活事件、沖動(dòng)性人格與自殺意念間均呈正相關(guān)(r值分別為0.24~0.47,P值均0.01)。沖動(dòng)性人格在壓力性生活事件與自殺意念之間具有部分中介效應(yīng)(β直接=0.21,β間接=0.20,P值均0.01)。結(jié)論大學(xué)生壓力性生活事件可以通過(guò)其沖動(dòng)性人格影響自殺意念。對(duì)于沖動(dòng)性較高的大學(xué)生可以從認(rèn)知、行為等方面采取適當(dāng)?shù)母深A(yù)措施,以減少自殺行為的發(fā)生。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the relationship between stress life events, impulsive personality and suicidal ideation in college students, and to provide theoretical basis for mental health education in colleges and universities. Methods 1 492 students from 4 universities in Zhengzhou and Pingdingshan were investigated with Barratt impulse scale (BIS), suicide ideation questionnaire and stratified cluster questionnaire. Results the reported rate of suicide ideation in college students was 7.6%, the rate of male students (9.2%) was higher than that of girls (6.1%), the difference was statistically significant (蠂 2 + 21.64%, P0.01). There was a positive correlation between stress life events, impulsive personality and suicidal ideation in college students (r = 0.24, 0.47, P = 0.01, respectively). Impulsive personality had a partial mediating effect between stress-life events and suicidal ideation (尾 direct = 0.21, 尾 indirect = 0.20 P = 0.01). Conclusion University students' stressful life events can influence their suicidal ideation through their impulsive personality. In order to reduce the occurrence of suicide, college students with high impulsiveness can take appropriate intervention measures in cognitive and behavioral aspects.
