通過區(qū)域課程領導力建設回歸教育本質(zhì)

【摘要】:正課程領導力意在擺脫傳統(tǒng)的依靠自上而下的官僚體制進行命令、監(jiān)督、控制和評判的管理思想,讓與課程建設相關的每個成員,包括管理者、教師、研究者、家長等,將課程建設視為自身的任務,自主地、創(chuàng)造性地進行課程規(guī)劃、課程開發(fā)、課程實施、課程管理和課程評價。重慶市南岸區(qū)通過實施學校課程領導力建設項目,努力提高學校課程規(guī)劃、開發(fā)、實施、管理和評價能力,建設區(qū)域幸福教育課程體系,實現(xiàn)南岸教育"幸福每一個孩子"的目標。課程領導力建設是對深化課程改革的重大突破。南岸區(qū)以全國教育科學"十二五"規(guī)劃課題"西部區(qū)域性中小學幸福教育構建與實踐研究"為
[Abstract]:Curriculum leadership is intended to move away from traditional management ideas that rely on top-down bureaucracy for command, supervision, control and evaluation, and to cede everyone involved in curriculum construction, including managers, teachers, researchers, parents, etc. Curriculum construction is regarded as one's own task, and curriculum planning, curriculum development, curriculum implementation, curriculum management and curriculum evaluation are carried out independently and creatively. Through the implementation of the school curriculum leadership construction project, the Nanan District of Chongqing has made great efforts to improve the ability of the school curriculum planning, development, implementation, management and evaluation, and to build a regional happiness education curriculum system.
