學(xué)校改革的倫敦挑戰(zhàn)及其啟示

【摘要】:"在許多城市中存在著有效課堂——‘標(biāo)桿’學(xué)校,甚至是這樣一類學(xué)校的學(xué)校群——但是,任何這樣一類成功的模式如果拓展到整個區(qū)域范圍就很少再有同樣的樣板了。"在全球教育改革運(yùn)動、環(huán)太平洋成功體系以及"道德驅(qū)動改善"等教育改革之后,倫敦開始思考并實(shí)踐如何將學(xué)校改革形成規(guī)模這一富有挑戰(zhàn)性的問題:即在國家、地區(qū)和學(xué)校三個垂直協(xié)同的框架里同時在整個地區(qū)采用一攬子的計(jì)劃,進(jìn)行政策干預(yù),推動教育改革發(fā)展,達(dá)到規(guī);纳浦康。此種方法是否可以效仿,地區(qū)改善是否可以持續(xù),則需要時間去加以證實(shí)。

After the global education reform movement, the Pacific Rim success system and the "ethically driven improvement" education reforms, London began to think about and practice the challenging question of how to scale school reform: in the country, In the framework of the three vertical coordination of district and school, the whole area adopts a package plan simultaneously, carries on the policy intervention, promotes the education reform and the development, achieves the goal of large-scale improvement. Whether this approach can be replicated and whether regional improvements are sustainable will take time to prove.
