【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是非農(nóng)產(chǎn)業(yè)在城鎮(zhèn)集聚、農(nóng)村人口向城鎮(zhèn)集中的社會變遷過程。當(dāng)前,我國城鎮(zhèn)化已經(jīng)逐步進入以提升質(zhì)量為主的轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展新階段。新型城鎮(zhèn)化有兩個支點:一是強調(diào)以人為本,把人的城鎮(zhèn)化作為核心,注重人的全面發(fā)展和社會公平正義;二是強調(diào)產(chǎn)業(yè)支撐,把產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展視為城鎮(zhèn)化的基本動力,注重產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整升級。我國教育體系目前尚不能有效應(yīng)對新型城鎮(zhèn)化的挑戰(zhàn)。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化背景下,我國教育體系需要重構(gòu)與完善,要點有三:根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)化進程中產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型升級的要求,調(diào)整職業(yè)教育、高等教育、繼續(xù)教育的專業(yè)設(shè)置,完善教育體系的課程學(xué)科結(jié)構(gòu);健全農(nóng)民工職業(yè)技能培訓(xùn)的職業(yè)教育和繼續(xù)教育體系,滿足農(nóng)民工終生學(xué)習(xí)的需求;完善針對農(nóng)民工隨遷子女的現(xiàn)代教育體系,進一步增強城鎮(zhèn)教育體系的平等性與開放性。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is the process of social change from the agglomeration of non-agricultural industries and the concentration of rural population to urban areas. At present, China's urbanization has gradually entered a new stage of transformation and development based on improving quality. There are two fulcrum of new urbanization: one is to emphasize the people-oriented, the human urbanization as the core, the overall development of human beings and social equity and justice, and the other is to emphasize the industrial support and regard the industrial development as the basic driving force of urbanization. Pay attention to the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure. At present, China's education system can not effectively meet the challenge of new urbanization. Under the background of new urbanization, the education system of our country needs to be reconstructed and perfected. The main points are as follows: according to the requirements of industrial structure transformation and upgrading in the course of urbanization, we should adjust the professional setting of vocational education, higher education and continuing education. Improve the curriculum structure of the education system; improve the vocational education and continuing education system of vocational skills training of migrant workers to meet the needs of lifelong learning of migrant workers; improve the modern education system for migrant workers' children who follow the move. We will further enhance the equality and openness of the urban education system.
