【摘要】：地方政府履職成效決定各級教育的發(fā)展水平與質量,影響國家整體教育現(xiàn)代化目標的如期實現(xiàn)。地方政府履職評價需要合理確定內容與重點,評價教育現(xiàn)代化地方政府履職主要有三方面內容:一是領導與統(tǒng)籌管理;二是教育體系建設與協(xié)調發(fā)展;三是保障措施和實施成效。為推進教育現(xiàn)代化,須建立指向明確的評價指標體系,并圍繞推動工作選擇適當?shù)脑u價方式方法。
[Abstract]:The achievements of local governments determine the development level and quality of education at all levels, and affect the realization of the goal of modernization of education as a whole. It is necessary to reasonably determine the content and focus of the evaluation of local governments' performance of their duties. The evaluation of the modernization of education has three main contents: first, leadership and overall management, second, the construction and coordinated development of the educational system; Third, safeguard measures and implementation results. In order to promote the modernization of education, it is necessary to establish a clear evaluation index system, and select appropriate evaluation methods around the promotion work.
