【摘要】:以"素養(yǎng)"為內(nèi)核的教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)更具內(nèi)在性、終極性、根本性和統(tǒng)領(lǐng)性,有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)由"被發(fā)展"到自覺(jué)自愿發(fā)展、由理想化躍升到人性化成長(zhǎng)以及由片面發(fā)展到整體性成長(zhǎng)的轉(zhuǎn)變。實(shí)現(xiàn)以"素養(yǎng)"為內(nèi)核的教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),要盡力營(yíng)造有利于敦促和激勵(lì)專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的氛圍,建設(shè)養(yǎng)料充足和益于專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的平臺(tái),謀求自覺(jué)自愿和提綱挈領(lǐng)式的自主性成長(zhǎng),重視教師專業(yè)精神、專業(yè)修養(yǎng)、專業(yè)倫理和專業(yè)態(tài)度的成長(zhǎng)。
[Abstract]:The professional growth of teachers with "accomplishment" as the core is more intrinsic, ultimate, fundamental and dominating, which is conducive to realizing the development from "being developed" to voluntary development. The transition from idealization to humanization and from one-sided development to holistic growth. To realize the professional growth of teachers with "accomplishment" as its core, we should try our best to create an atmosphere conducive to urging and encouraging professional growth, build a platform for adequate nourishment and benefit professional growth, and seek voluntary and self-directed and autonomous growth. Attach importance to the professional spirit, professional accomplishment, professional ethics and professional attitude of the growth.
