【摘要】：把教師職業(yè)視為一種專(zhuān)業(yè)已成為世界共識(shí)。作為一種專(zhuān)業(yè),教師向社會(huì)提供的服務(wù)應(yīng)體現(xiàn)教育的公共性,即不應(yīng)以營(yíng)利為目的,公平和公正且具有較高的理性標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。由于諸多因素影響,教師專(zhuān)業(yè)的公共服務(wù)特性式微。隨著現(xiàn)代教育的發(fā)展,重視每個(gè)學(xué)生使其能享受到高質(zhì)量的專(zhuān)業(yè)服務(wù)成為教育改革的當(dāng)下追求。因此,可從相關(guān)法規(guī)政策、學(xué)校管理規(guī)范的完善和教師教育課程改革等方面來(lái)提升教師專(zhuān)業(yè)的公共服務(wù)特性。
[Abstract]:It has become a world consensus to regard the teaching profession as a profession. As a profession, the service provided by teachers to the society should reflect the publicity of education, that is, it should not aim at profit, be fair and just, and have a higher rational standard. Due to the influence of many factors, the characteristics of teachers' professional public service decline. With the development of modern education, it is the current pursuit of education reform to pay attention to every student to enjoy high quality professional service. Therefore, the characteristics of teachers' professional public service can be promoted from the aspects of relevant laws and policies, the perfection of school management norms and the reform of teacher education curriculum.
