周辛教育思想研究

【摘要】:周辛(1891-1966),原名周廷珍、號(hào)葆儒(1929年以前,周辛所有著作都署名為周廷珍;20世紀(jì)三、四十年代署名周葆儒;1952年改名為周辛),是我國(guó)現(xiàn)代有影響的教育學(xué)者,社會(huì)教育和鄉(xiāng)村教育運(yùn)動(dòng)的倡導(dǎo)者和踐行者。20世紀(jì)二、三十年代,周辛憑著對(duì)教育事業(yè)的責(zé)任心,以下鄉(xiāng)支教為興趣,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)創(chuàng)辦廣州龍眼洞鄉(xiāng)村教育實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)。隨后,滿懷對(duì)教育的熱情,追隨梁漱溟到山東,擔(dān)任山東鄉(xiāng)村建設(shè)研究院導(dǎo)師,并兼任鄒平簡(jiǎn)易師范教導(dǎo)主任之職。1936年秋,周辛經(jīng)人介紹,進(jìn)入無(wú)錫江蘇省立教育學(xué)院工作期間,受俞慶棠民眾教育思想影響,積極參與江蘇省立學(xué)院第一民眾教育實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū)工作,從事民眾教育。周辛教育思想是建立在中國(guó)歷史發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)之上的,深受中國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)的民族危機(jī)與政治危機(jī)、經(jīng)濟(jì)凋敝背景的影響,同時(shí)受到清末民初教育救國(guó)思潮的影響。周辛教育思想包含鄉(xiāng)村教育、民眾教育和社會(huì)教育三方面。周辛強(qiáng)調(diào)了鄉(xiāng)村教育的重要性,對(duì)鄉(xiāng)村教育的對(duì)象和目的提出自己的見解,認(rèn)為鄉(xiāng)村教育應(yīng)該包括女子教育、清潔、農(nóng)事、掃盲與體育五個(gè)方面,宜采取導(dǎo)生制的方式;同時(shí)看到鄉(xiāng)村師范教育的弊端,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的鄉(xiāng)村師范教育持批判態(tài)度,提出鄉(xiāng)村師范教育培養(yǎng)師資的方法和途徑。對(duì)什么是民眾教育進(jìn)行闡釋,分別對(duì)民眾教育的必要性與可能性、內(nèi)容、方式以及師資問(wèn)題四個(gè)方面予以論述。民眾教育的內(nèi)容包括基本教育、自治教育、體育教育和國(guó)民教育四個(gè)方面。民眾教育的方式分為民眾學(xué)校和民眾教育館兩種。對(duì)民眾教育的師資基本素質(zhì)做了具體要求。周辛揭示了社會(huì)教育的內(nèi)涵、目的和原則,從社會(huì)教育面臨的問(wèn)題出發(fā),就社會(huì)教育內(nèi)容、方式等方面提出了社會(huì)教育的革新路徑。周辛的教育思想和教育實(shí)踐活動(dòng)具有鮮明的實(shí)踐性、愛(ài)國(guó)性和時(shí)代性,對(duì)中國(guó)當(dāng)時(shí)的教育事業(yè)產(chǎn)生了重要影響。雖然周辛教育思想也具有一定的歷史局限性,但周辛為教育事業(yè)奮斗的精神還是值得發(fā)揚(yáng)光大的。
[Abstract]:Zhou Xin (1891-1966), formerly known as Zhou Tingzhen, and No. Baolu (before 1929, all his works were signed by Zhou Baoru in the 1930s and 1940s; Zhou Baoru was renamed Zhou Baoru in 1952). He is a modern and influential educationalist in China. The advocates and practitioners of the social and rural education movement. In the 1920s and 1930s, Zhou Xin, with a sense of responsibility for education, took the rural education as an interest and led the establishment of the Longyan Dong Rural Education Experimental area in Guangzhou. Then, full of enthusiasm for education, he followed Liang Shuming to Shandong Province, served as a tutor of Shandong Rural Construction Research Institute, and also served as the director of Zou Ping's simple teacher training. In the autumn of 1936, Zhou Xin was introduced by people. During the working period of Wuxi Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Education, Yu Qingtang took an active part in the work of the first public education experimental area of Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Education and engaged in popular education. Zhou Xin's educational thought was based on the development of Chinese history. It was deeply influenced by the national crisis and political crisis at that time and the economic depression. At the same time, it was influenced by the trend of education and national salvation in the late Qing Dynasty and the early Republic of China. Zhou Xin's educational thought includes three aspects: rural education, popular education and social education. Zhou Xin emphasized the importance of rural education, and put forward his own opinion on the object and purpose of rural education. He thought that rural education should include five aspects: women's education, cleaning, farming, literacy and physical education. At the same time, seeing the disadvantages of rural normal education, this paper criticizes the traditional rural normal education, and puts forward the ways and means of training teachers in rural normal education. This paper explains what is popular education, and discusses the necessity and possibility, contents, ways and teachers of public education. The contents of mass education include basic education, autonomous education, physical education and national education. The way of popular education is divided into two kinds: people's school and public education hall. The basic quality of the public education teachers made specific requirements. Zhou Xin reveals the connotation, purpose and principle of social education, and puts forward the innovation path of social education from the aspects of contents and ways of social education. Zhou Xin's educational thought and educational practice were of distinct practicality, patriotism and times, which had an important influence on the educational cause of China at that time. Although Zhou Xin's educational thought also has certain historical limitation, but Zhou Xin's spirit of struggle for education cause is worth carrying forward.
