【摘要】:新教師階段是影響教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,新教師專業(yè)發(fā)展困境往往來(lái)自于教育實(shí)踐現(xiàn)場(chǎng),發(fā)展新教師的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)學(xué)習(xí)力,將教育現(xiàn)場(chǎng)轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)樾陆處煂I(yè)發(fā)展的學(xué)習(xí)資源,有助于新教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平的提高。
[Abstract]:The new teacher stage is the key period that affects the teacher's professional development. The dilemma of the new teacher's professional development often comes from the educational practice scene, develops the new teacher's field learning ability, transforms the education scene into the new teacher's professional development study resource. It is helpful to improve the professional development level of new teachers.
