【摘要】：童子軍既是一種少年兒童組織,也可視作一場全球范圍的兒童運(yùn)動。許多國家和地區(qū)依據(jù)年齡段設(shè)計了逐層遞進(jìn)的童子軍組織,讓童子軍訓(xùn)練覆蓋從幼兒到成人的各階段。為發(fā)展兒童在不同領(lǐng)域的潛能,童子軍訓(xùn)練主要圍繞童子軍智能、露營技能、森林知識等內(nèi)容依托榮譽(yù)制度、晉級和徽章制度以及小隊制度展開。如何依托少兒組織開展教育活動,如何設(shè)計活動的形式和內(nèi)容,童子軍的組織和活動能為中國兒童教育提供些許啟示。
[Abstract]:Scouts are both a children's organization and a global movement for children. In many countries and regions progressive scout organizations are designed according to age to cover all stages of scout training from young children to adults. In order to develop the potential of children in different fields, the training of scouts mainly focuses on the intelligence of scouts, camping skills, forest knowledge and so on, relying on honor system, promotion and badge system, and team system. How to rely on children's organizations to carry out educational activities, how to design the form and content of the activities, the organization and activities of Boy Scouts can provide some enlightenment for Chinese children's education.
