【摘要】：正那些優(yōu)秀教師,即使沒有嚴格的制度,他們的工作仍然相當出色。是什么在起作用?顯然不是外在的規(guī)訓,而是他們內(nèi)心具有的某些東西。如果我們能找到這個要素,找到影響教師內(nèi)心的東西,那么管理就是另外的樣子�，F(xiàn)代管理學之父彼得·德魯克說過:這個世界從來不缺乏美麗,只缺乏發(fā)現(xiàn)美麗的眼睛。從管理的角度說,我們不能受現(xiàn)有管理思維的限制,也許有許多"管理中的美麗"等待我們?nèi)グl(fā)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The good teachers, even without a strict system, still do a good job. What works? Obviously, it is not external discipline, but something that they have inside. If we can find this element and find something that affects the teacher's heart, then management is something else. Peter Drucker, the father of modern management, once said that the world never lacks beauty. From the management point of view, we can not be limited by the existing management thinking, there may be a lot of "beauty in management" waiting for us to discover.
