【摘要】：目的了解遼寧省青年學生艾滋病相關知識行為狀況,為制定該人群的艾滋病防治策略和措施提供科學依據(jù)。方法對遼寧省本溪、丹東和遼陽市分層整群抽取的2 411名青年學生進行問卷調(diào)查和血清學檢測工作,采用Epi Data3.1進行數(shù)據(jù)錄入,用SPSS 19.0進行統(tǒng)計分析。結果 2 411名調(diào)查對象中,艾滋病知識知曉率為80.3%(1 937/2 411),男生的艾滋病知識知曉率(84.1%)高于女生(75.9%),差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(χ2=29.9,P0.05)。有133人曾發(fā)生過性行為,占5.5%;男生性行為發(fā)生率(9.4%)高于女生(0.8%)(χ2=84.5,P0.05);第一次性行為安全套使用率僅為41.4%(55/133)。最近1 a有3.4%(83/2 411)的學生曾做過艾滋病病毒檢測;本次調(diào)查未檢出HIV抗體陽性,但梅毒抗體陽性檢出率為0.2%(4/2 411)。結論遼寧省青年學生已掌握一些艾滋病相關知識,但缺乏自我保健和防范艾滋病的意識和技能,部分學生有不安全性行為,存在感染HIV的風險。進一步加強健康教育和行為干預仍然是預防控制艾滋病在該類人群中傳播的主要有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the AIDS related knowledge and behavior of young students in Liaoning Province, and to provide scientific basis for the formulation of AIDS prevention strategies and measures. Methods A total of 2 411 young students in Benxi, Dandong and Liaoyang, Liaoning Province were investigated by questionnaire and serological examination. The data were recorded by Epi Data3.1 and analyzed by SPSS 19.0. Results among the 2 411 subjects, the rate of AIDS knowledge awareness was 80.33 / 2411%. The AIDS knowledge awareness rate of boys was 84.1%, which was significantly higher than that of female students (蠂 2 29.9% P 0.05). 133 of them had sexual intercourse (5.5%); the incidence rate of male sex was 9.4%), which was higher than that of female students (蠂 2 / 84.5P 0.05), and the rate of condom use for the first sexual intercourse was only 41.4 / 55 / 133 (P < 0.05). In the last 1 year, 3.43% of the students had done HIV testing. No positive HIV antibody was detected in this survey, but the positive rate of syphilis antibody was 0.2% / 2411%. Conclusion the young students in Liaoning Province have acquired some knowledge about AIDS, but they lack the awareness and skills of self-care and prevention of AIDS. Some students have unsafe sex and risk of HIV infection. Further strengthening health education and behavioral intervention is still the main effective means to prevent and control the spread of AIDS in this population.
