關(guān)于美國教育報告卡制度的考察及啟示

【摘要】:美國近年來積極推行教育報告卡制度,不僅有利于保障公眾對教育質(zhì)量信息的知情權(quán),同時也在促進(jìn)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)、提升教育決策品質(zhì)方面發(fā)揮了重要的作用。美國教育部門以教育報告卡為載體,形成了較為完備的教育質(zhì)量信息公開與報告制度。通過對美國教育報告卡的分類、報告卡制度發(fā)展的動因、報告卡制度的積極影響等多維視角的考察,以期為我國教育質(zhì)量公開報告制度的建構(gòu)和完善提供參照與啟示。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the positive implementation of the education report card system in the United States is not only conducive to the protection of the public's right to know about the quality of education, but also plays an important role in promoting students' learning and improving the quality of educational decision-making. The American education department takes the education report card as the carrier, has formed the relatively complete education quality information disclosure and the report system. Through the classification of American education report card, the reason of the development of report card system, the positive influence of report card system and other multi-dimensional perspectives, the author hopes to provide reference and inspiration for the construction and perfection of the open reporting system of education quality in China.
