【摘要】:正筆者在教研部門工作多年,經(jīng)常深入農(nóng)村學(xué)校,深切地感到農(nóng)村教師對(duì)教研的需求與熱愛,對(duì)教育科研骨干的敬畏與崇拜。每次賽課、講座、培訓(xùn)、教研成果評(píng)選等活動(dòng),廣大教師都會(huì)積極參與,全身心投入,唯恐失去發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì)。教師們的這種教研熱情主要來(lái)自于對(duì)教育事業(yè)的熱愛。農(nóng)村教師是一棵棵無(wú)名的鄉(xiāng)間草,他們絕大多數(shù)靜得下心來(lái),守得住寂寞,長(zhǎng)年為教育默默地?zé)o
[Abstract]:I have been working in the department of teaching and research for many years, often go deep into the rural schools, deeply feel the rural teachers' need and love for teaching and research, and respect and worship the backbone of education and scientific research. Every competition, lecture, training, teaching and research results evaluation and other activities, the majority of teachers will actively participate, devote themselves to fear of losing the opportunity for development. Teachers' enthusiasm for teaching and research comes mainly from the love of education. Rural teachers are nameless country grass. Most of them are quiet and lonely. They have been silent for years for education.
